Others may give fast food establishments a pass for providing subpar service and getting orders wrong, but I refuse to make a request, pay for that request, and then be handed just whatever. This always comes back to store team leads, managers, and district managers. If they’re not holding team members accountable, providing training and support where needed, and offering feedback when necessary, they’re part of the problem.

The team member tonight failed to prepare my order according to the ticket, but if store management were more intentional about coaching attention to detail on every order, every time, I’d be enjoying my food right now…but I’m not. Again, someone else might brush it off, but you’re not going to hand me just anything and expect me to accept it.

11am, I'm the ONLY customer in the restaurant, on my phone 10ft from the TV that's on the farthest dining room wall from the kitchen. The manager comes out with the TV remote and turns up the volume so they can hear it back in the kitchen. Absolutely no understanding of customer service. POOR MANAGEMENT‼️

I ordered the new BBQ brisket Whopper Jr. at the Parkdale Mall location and when I took my burger out and looked inside there was no brisket, not even one piece. Very disappointing. I paid for brisket and got none at all. I called the restaurant several times and they didn't answer.

The place reeked like malmanaged meat shop. The staff was rude and the coke tasted like overdose of chlorine. Onion rings were soggy. We live in houston and we were passing through when we stopped to grab a bite. One thing that I must tell is that the trash can is across the parking lot on other side patch if grass.

Place was clean. Service varied based on the personal helping you. The person taking the order was great.
Coffee was totally stone cold. Did not provide stirrers for the same. The person serving us was having a hard time providing us with stirrers when requested for the same. So service needs to be improved and should not be frowned upon for asking stirrers for coffee.
The rest of the food was ok.
