Chris helped me find the best policy for my budget! Then, Jasmine helped my daughter find hers! This agency is the most budget friendly I have found, and as a single mother - I definitely needed it! Their team is so friendly as well, helped immediately with any questions and concerns we had! Dave is the sweetest, too! Thank you, Chris, Jasmine, Connie, and Dave!

Non-stop spam calls and emails about their insurance. I don’t know how I got on their list.

Awesome staff. I'm in the insurance business myself and when I can't help someone or if I feel they would get a better rate, I refer them to Foster Agency. ☺️

This agent places unsolicited phone calls asking if someone would like a quote for insurance. They use phone numbers that are not linked back to them directly. Strangely this used to be a cellular retailer and the phone numbers they use are linked online to the same cellular retailer.

Jasmine was a joy to work with! She met and exceeded all goals when dealing with Home and Auto Insurance, very knowledgeable about the products. I would recommend her highly!!

This year I went shopping for home and auto insurance. While shopping around Jasmine at the Chris Foster agency helped me out and saved me hundreds while getting me better coverage. I would recommend giving her a call on a quote.

My wife and I both love love love these Amazing people. We've known the owners over 15 years now but recently became auto/home customers. Point blank their customer service is outstanding plus they made sure we got the right amount of coverage. Highly reccomend, Y'all !!!

I was given false information that led me to leave my prior insurance company. I was told they had all of my information to give me an accurate price and they did not. When they did input all the correct information I had already left my prior insurance and was left with a higher bill than I was paying previously. I was not contacted or informed that
I would be paying more than originally agreed upon. I noticed about a week and a half later when my bill said I owed $500 when I had already paid the $758 premium. They apologized for the mess up and said something got lost along the way, sorry you should find another insurance company....
They also would not refund me my full amount of the premium that I paid. I understand that you pay for when your insured (this was a week and a half) however in this case a mistake was made on their part and they did not make it right. So I was left to deal with fixing a problem that should have never occurred in the first place.

Excellent Agency! Misty is very thorough, patient and helpful! She saved us hundreds of dollars on our car and home insurance. We had been with one of the major companies for 2 decades previously, but so happy we switch to Chris Foster's Farmers Insurance Agency!
