I am a long time Casa Ole customer, and I went back to the restaurant on Eastex freeway again today, even after a bad experience yesterday. It was no better. The cheese enchiladas were dry and did not taste fresh at all. The bean chalupas were very skimpy on both days. They could barely be called chalupas. (There must be a lettuce shortage.) Also skimpy on beans & rice. Just sad. Even the chips changed. Most of our money went into the trash can. Casa Ole was once a great Tex-Mex chain, but Poppee must be crying...I'm afraid his formerly beloved restaurant chain has finally hit the bottom of the barrel.

Remember friends I am rating Casa Ole. I gave them five stars because the food was very good and just what I wanted. We had the nachos and they were loaded with meat cheese beans lettuce and tomatoes pico de gallo and jalapenos ,with hot sauce green sauce and queso on the side. Like I said just what I wanted and it was very good. We've been visiting Casa Ole from when it was first opened with very different owners through the years. Last night was as good as it's ever been. The service was great the atmosphere was good, even the iced tea just like I like it. So as someone who knows the place well don't be afraid to try again if you've ever been disappointed in the past. I know I have but not last night.

Do people even work here? I sat waiting in the lobby to be seated for 20 minutes in an empty restaurant, no employees even visited the front except to silence the DoorDash tablet in the front. And that’s when I was taken care of. I sat to eat and my server was nice enough but I heard the single most bored sounding birthday wishes being sang by the staff to a mortified kid. It’s like an office building where the soul was peeled out of it like a sticker on a cardboard box. Food was great when it finally gets to you though would recommend but take out on this one.

After the other hearing a waiter mock family. Not to mention the child is DIGUSTING! GO DURING LUCH HOURS THAT WAS DISHESRTNING. NOT MENTION NO ONE HAD CONTROL LESS THAT 8 PEOPLE LOVE THE RESTAURANT BUT ONLY DURING LUCH!?!

Ordered take out my husband went to pick it up we live near this establishment so it took him less than five minutes to get home the food was cold guacamole was brown burrito was salty queso thick and cold nothing was good I’m really disappointed because last time we dined in the food was good .. . I called and explained this to the manager she offered to replace the food today but only for today.. why would I want the same food today when I told her it was not good? She said well it’s only for today. I won’t be going back anytime soon

Food was good and service was good. We got there about 1:45pm afternoon, there was a lot of empty tables but we had to wait a few minutes. Once we was brought to our table, I noticed the tables were all kind of set up crooked, no salt, pepper, sugar or sweet and low on the tables. When I asked for sweet and low the waitress said she would have to go all the way in the back to get some, her tone was like it was an inconvenience, but I did get the sweet and low a few minutes later. The menus looked like the were 100 years old. My husband's was all faded out. Never have I been in a Caca Ole in that bad of shape. If the shape this one is in is any indication of why the others have close, I understand why the closed. This one needs updated ASAP or it will be closing it's doors.

Haven't eaten here in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised, food was very good. My server, Dillon did an excellent job.

We walked in and no one came to seat us at a table had to call the restaurant to get any service once we were at a table it took 15 minutes for the server to come get our drink order so we just made our complete order the food came out before the drinks and food was cold and wrong so were the drinks. The food was horrible and the service was even worse I was waiting to pay our bill when the server came to the table and left saying that we ran out with out paying and to call police I then proceeded to tell her that we in fact did not leave that I was waiting to pay our bill. Let’s just say that I will never eat here again and that I will never recommend this place to anyone

the service was great, the waitress was super friendly, when I ask for something different than the chicken enchiladas she ask why and then ordered my tacos and had a manager bring it out and that was super fast, they even took the enchiladas off our ticket even though i didnt ask them to. the food was not that great the chicken tasted like it was boiled or out of a bag, the restaurant itself was old the menus were falling apart, paint peeling on the walls, I would not go again
