I don't normally eat at Casa Ole due the quality of their food. The floors look as if they have not been mopped with any cleaner for years. They all need to go to Me-moms restaurant in kirbyville and see what clean is and taste their food.

Sooooo we love Casa Ole. We, my husband and I went to Casa after a dr visit. We ordered guacamole to have with our chips. We ordered shrimp enchiladas to share. When our wonderful waitress brought our single entree to share she also brought a plate. We grabbed our silverware, unwrapped the napkin off of it and mine stuck and ripped away from the fork leaving napkin all over it. His fork was not clean either. I told him to feel the plate and it was dirty too. And there was a hair in the entree.The waitress was very apologetic when I asked her could we please pay for the guacamole and teas that we ate and drank? We will not be eating this entree. Everyone was kind about it. Grossed out but kind. Well she did just that. Made out ticket for just the things we ate. I told them things happen, it won't keep us from coming back tho.Service was outstanding.

I work long hours so I go through the drive through a lot at Casa Ole. My orders are very simple two kids meals and a side guacamole. Three different times in the last year food has been left out of my order. Is it too hard for the drive through person to double check your order.? Isn’t that their job? They refuse to deliver your missing items when it was their fault. You have to drive back 5 miles to pick it up. Casa Ole has always been my favorite, but this is not accept able. One of my favorites but this is wrong they way the treat the customer. They have forgotten what true customer service is. When you are exhausted from work, do not in a million years want to drive back up there .
Love this place I really love the stuff spinach grill chicken it's my favorite.Parking: Many handicap parking spots and regular parking spots also.
