I must say, regarding the Philly Cheesesteak, the bread (steak roll) is pretty good, meat and cheese are as well; I just do not ever remember having a Philly cheesesteak served with Mayo, lettuce, tomato, and pickles the entire time we lived just outside Philadelphia, PA.. cherry peppers (hot or sweet) were usually added for a little extra something.
