The manger with red wig name Anya is so rude and disrespectful all she does is yell at her own workers told me to go back around because I wanted to buy 1 Buffalo Dipping Sauce Cup I completely understand if it was food or something but just for a sauce is ridiculous checkers need to fire her I feel bad for the crew members that has to work with a miserable person but food overall was Amazing but the service wasn't this happened on 3/9/25 will go back again tho.

Everytime i go to this checkers staff is very rude. had some food today pretty sure something was wrong with the chicken tasted weird and was like squishy immediately made my stomach hurt.

Just left Checkers, as I'm ordering the window person comes through speaker and says what's your order..he kept cutting me off before I could finish my order. Drove to window he reached for my card..never acknowledged me.. once he got my receipt. He just handed my bag and card.. never said thank you or again acknowledge me.. not the service it should be.. I frequent checkers and have never heard them speak like like

Ask the gentleman for my food to be made to order and received some old fish fillets that were hard and piping hot like they just threw some old ones in the grease to make it seem fresh. I was the only one in line and my god was ready whenever i made it to the window. Took one bite and had to turn around and go back to get them to remake my deep sea double and this time I’m the only one in line again and was asked to go park bc it’ll be a minute smh

Went at night to pick up a quick bite. Drive thru service was great. The lady that took my order was welcoming, had no attitude, and was kind. Everything was fresh and hot. I ordered the T-PAIN meal, and she informed me they were out of chicken bites, but she would give me an extra fry as an exchange. I was fine with that; it's not her fault they ran out. I will return based on CS alone. Thank you.

We Was trying to order food and we asked a question related to the pictures that we saw online about the meals on the menu. After asking the question, I did not get a response and it sounded like there was interference with the speaker. when I stated that. The female responded very rudely. So I have decided from now on to take my business elsewhere Today’s date is December 29 2024 and this incident happened at or around 10 o’clock at night.

They are rude as hell. They dont even look at you, basically fall out of the car trying to get your bag. Forget side items. Dismiss you right away and obviously don't care at all. Food is cold. Wrong seasoning on chicken.I regret my decision to order food here. The parking lot and drive through we're very clean.
