I hate to be a Karen but damn, we were told it was a three minute wait. Longest three minutes of my life, was really like 15. Then they sat a party the same size as us that got there after us BEFORE us. We asked about that and were seated immediately. As we walk to our table there’s a ton of tables open and multiple workers just hanging out. We got our appetizer before our drinks…just overall a disappointing trip.

I would recommend Cheddars every time they never disappoint me the service always be amazing the workers they are very nice and they are very respectful. The food will be so amazing when I get done. I’ll be just two stuff to even drive home. They will put a Smile on your face every time you will get every penny worked over here cause they will make sure that your money is worth it. I love cheddar so much and I will always recommend anyone to come out here.

My mom and I had a late lunch with a wonderful server, Princess. She was indeed a magical soul. We appreciated her guidance as that was our first time at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. I look forward to many more visits to explore the culinary delights that await.
The food just is not very good anymore. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat but I won't go back. Despite good service,the food just is not worth going there for. I ordered the t bone steak and sides...I sent it back. Was tough and the sides tasted awful. 🤷♀️

It is Saturday and I went to Cheddars in Beaumont for lunch. I decided to sit in the bar area so I could watch college football on the tv’s. Unfortunately the hostess sat a table of 10 children in the bar; all around 4 years old. They were very loud and unruly. I could not hear the game, so I took my food home to eat. Other people in the bar got up and left for the same reason. There was plenty of room in the main part of the restaurant. The hostess said the bar waitress had that table. The manager backed up the hostess. I guess the bartender will have a slow day. My advice is don’t go to Cheddars to watch football. I thought I was in Chucky Cheese. Child birthday parties should not be held in a bar!
