Ms Halle the manager is amazing, she is very knowledgeable and helpful and polite. She literally knows everything and everything about the company and customer service. Bravo to the company for hiring her. She is more than an asset to the company and will go far no doubt. She actually listens and knows her products and technology. She's never too busy to take care of a customer.

My food was walked all over the parking lot and the employee told me i was getting fresh nuggets-- they aren't fresh when they are walked all over the parking lot before being put in my hand at the drive thru. Is that policy to walk food all over drive thru? So my nuggets weren't fresh as they had been walked all over the parking lot. Is it policy to lie to me about fresh nuggets when all the cars behind me get their food? I won't be back.
