Used to be amazing, but ever since they started taking cash only at the front and switched to grubhub, the wait for getting your food has become insane. They used to get your order and start preparing your food as soon as you ordered it online, now with grubhub, they don't even start on your order until you get to the store and check in, it turns it from a 6 minute wait to a 16 minute wait. Food is still good, buy i wouldn't recommend ordering it if you're in a rush unless you have cash to pay up front instead of online.

I was charged for an extra fry and drink. When i asked about a refund, i was told “it’s gonna take a few days so just go on bout yo day”. wasn’t very professional and classy.

They constantly run out of basic things like straws, lemonade, and most importantly the WAFFLE FRIES!!! What self-respecting chick fil a runs out of waffle fries?! What are they gonna say they ran out of next? Chicken?!?!
