Had to wait 20 minutes for an 8 piece dark meat with rolls at the drive through. They served three ahead of me and four behind me before I could even get to the window. When I asked what the hold up was I was told because of my large order. Wow. I also went on their web page to file a complaint and let them know they had a problem but it did NOT accept my notification. I will not go back to this Beaumont location again! I hope someone co tact’s me so I can give them more information about how bad the service was and how rude the girl at the window was to me.

Im working out of town. I live in DFW area. So I ordered my food after a 12 hour day, and I was only 6 mins from my job site. I went to pick it up and I was only 9 mins from my hotel. I get to my room witch probably took me 2 mins. My fries look like they been sitting there since lunch time. They are stale and cold. My chicken is lukewarm. Very very disappointed with my food today. I don't feel like driving back but I'm very unhappy with this chicken express. I love chicken express, I had it this past Sunday.

Arthur Byrd is an amazing man. He is friendly, helpful and he does it all. He is definitely a reason we stop when we are in Beaumont. Keisha is also an outstanding worker!
I paid 5+ dollars for family order of fried orka and got a medium size in my box other than that food was good fried just right and season was good
