Don’t waste your time 😞 I tried all three sections of food. The sushi was very plain, H-E-B has better taste and texture and flavor than here. The hibachi food section was very skimpy and low in Choices, it was some of the smallest shrimp I’ve ever seen ,small pieces of steak. maybe the fatty part of a pork chop. The sauces were watered down. There was no flavor. It was terrible.😒 The buffet sections: all the meat was hard. The fried food was tough. The shrimp was overcooked. We couldn’t even peel it out of its shell. The seafood was imitation crab meat. There was no salmon the fish was tough. The vegetables were dry. There were no crab Rangoon's It was only cream cheese . Panda Express has better flavor food than this place .. we left very unsatisfied will never go back

I visited your restaurant recently, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. Most of the dishes were cold, unappetizing, and, frankly, inedible. My children usually eat anything, and even they refused to eat the food.
The grill station, in particular, was unacceptable. My meal tasted burnt, with an overpowering charred flavor, and it left me feeling disgusted after finishing it. Overall, the food was of very poor quality, and I cannot recommend this buffet to anyone.
I have never requested a refund before, but given the situation, I am requesting a full refund for my meal. I would appreciate it if this could be addressed as soon as possible.

So disappointed in China Star today. It was freezing cold in there! Caused food on buffet to get cold very fast. We normally like it here, but today was not a good day for them. Every worker/waitress had heavy coats on. Felt sorry for them having to work in those conditions. My husband and I decided we won't go back again till the weather is much warmer. Sad to say.
