Had my daughter's birthday here today. The scheduling was super off and our food was brought to the wrong table so we had to wait for it to come out but I understand it was packed and pure chaos. I think they did discount some of our bill because of the mix-up. I feel like maybe they should have birthday party spread out a little bit more IDK. Our kids had a blast though.

To whom it may concern,
Tonight I had my daughters 4th birthday, For one. This place is absolutely disgusting. I have pictures. The restroom reeked, you could smell them from the party table, they were blocked off with danger tape in the women’s, pee absolutely all over the toilets and floor. One of the stalls were clogged, the other was covered in pee. Trash everywhere. This is a child’s environment this should not be allowed. For two. The mouse was absolutely horrible, he walked sluggishly out of the room, I have entire video of performance. He was so bad he didn’t even interact with the birthday girl. There was so many kids that wasn’t a part of my party in the box my daughter just walked off after being ignored the whole time by “Mr Chuck e Cheese” this whole performance was trashy and un called for. She didn’t even want to open her gifts after all this just wanted to jump. For three. All her tickets she won 7k she wanted a my little pony and they bring it out and it has pen marks on it. I have pictures of this also. I asked the lady she said it was the last one I said okay we don’t want it. So she snatched it, went to the back “tried to wipe it off.” Didn’t come off so I said whatever I’ll contact someone. Let my daughter choose what else she wanted. Packed up and we left. This was the worse experience I have dealt with by far my niece had her birthday in Austin at Chuck E. Cheese and it was a whole vibe this was pathetic. We spent $400 for poor service people playing on their phone, smelling sewer, smelling marijuana. I will be contacting who I need to to handle this. Please reply and I’ll be so glad to send over all the evidence pictures, videos and everything else you need. I want a refund for having to suffer thru this misery. If the mouse would have actually made a performance instead of breaking my daughter’s heart. Maybe I would have let the rest go but this was an all around worse experience ever.

We had an amazing summer at the Chuck E. Cheese in Beaumont! The silver play pass was a great deal! The food was always delicious and the staff was welcoming and friendly! Always felt nice and clean. Arianna made us feel like family when we were there!!!

The manager that worked tonight Monday July 15, 2024, was the most respectful, very friendly, and outgoing. We stopped by to get out of the car for a little bit driving through back home to Georgia. He even came out as we were leaving to wish us safe travels. What an amazing manager he was. Thank you sir!! If we ever come back through beaumont Tx again we will be stopping at this location again!! The other staff was very nice and helpful!! What an amazing place and time we had!!

Went to a birthday party last weekend Ridiculous prices 18 dollars for 6 to 8 wings then they rush you out of the party for the price you pay for the party I didn't see anything they did that was so spectacular for the price you pay don't see this place being around to much longer that's why they not as busy as they use to be I was going to give my grandbaby a party here but now I have changed my mind not for them prices wing stop prices isn't as high as chuck cheese
