I had the 4pc fried catfish fillets and the only good thing I could say about it was that it was hot and fresh out the grease, but the flavor, well there was none, the spicy fried crawfish tails were good though.

I went in last night about 45 minutes before closing. I ordered three salt and pepper crabs that's it. The young man that took my order was very nice he walked back to the kitchen and I guess ask them if everything was okay cuz they close at 9:00 p.m. I understand that's a little late but I also work for two restaurants I went immediately when I got off work and made the order. I got home with the order it was horrible thrown together some last-minute crap. I attempt to call them back but they closed at 9:00 p.m. I call back today. I was told by the young man to bring my crabs back in because I refrigerate them and kept them. I informed him that I was at work and that I would bring them by at 4:30 when I got off. They had remained refrigerated the whole time I just wanted to prove to them I did not eat them. He calls me back 3 minutes later and informs me that the manager says she's not doing anything and no uncertain terms that's what she said. I called too late and I explained to him I work for a restaurant as well and I was in a lunch rush I couldn't call him. They don't open I'm in the middle of a lunch rush at my restaurant. I will never go back I have spent so much money at this place I probably bought one of their vehicles or houses. I will never spend one damn penny at this restaurant again I don't care if they're the last restaurant in Beaumont with food I would rather starve then hand them another dime out of my hard-earned pocket when they don't give a damn about customers or customer servicedon't spend your money if something happens you will not get a return or your food don't bother

I got Salt&Pepper wings and fries. A BMT STAPLE and yet… the fries were the ONLY good thing about the meal. From the chicken to the onions tasted weird/old. I got sick from this :/ Customer service was good but PLEASE change the grease or chicken.

I don't appreciate that. They stop answering the phone at 8 o'clock at night and don't take any more to go orders. I spend a lot of money with them. And not very happy that I can't get my fried crabs tonight. Cause nobody wants to answer the phone. This is been multiple times as this happened. The only reason why I keep going back to them is because their food is amazing. I don't appreciate not being able to call in. It's not like I'm calling in a big order.But when you keep hanging up the phone I just called 7 times and they just kept answering the phone and hanging it up on in my face. I don't appreciate that at all.And they'll probably lose my business forever because of that

The food is not good. The fish was merely fried, not flavorful. But had I noticed it wasn't Black owned soul food I'd have never wasted my money.

Hit and miss Best Crawfish in town not the best salt and pepper wings, people working there are super, area is not very popular so atmosphere including parking lot is can be a bit abrasive, so it's a mixed bag for me will I return for a couple pounds of crawfish most definitely.
