Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Prices went up, and the portions went down. Didn't have what I wanted. Ordered breakfast instead, and all of it was cold. Eggs, potatoes, bacon, and pancakes were burned. Should have gone with my first mind and had water.

Over all I think everyone else had a good time and the food came out fast, service was good.
But I got the chicken sandwich, the bread just smelled a bit stale, and the chicken patty was really bland and dry, no pickles or toppings just breaded chicken on a bun and two things of sauce on the side, and it was pretty unsatisfying.
The other two orders looked good though including the hashbrown casserole and meatloaf.
Probably best to stick with chicken fried steak, meatloaf as in general cracker barrel does those well.

It is a nice country setting, perfect for sitting down and having a homemade tasting dinner, friendly service, nice atmosphere.

Worst experience ever! Came in and ordered the Louisiana shrimp. Rice was probably the bottom of the casserole as it was hard and maybe only two spoonfuls of it. Not to mention all the rice was all soaked in the grease. Ordered two eggs that I was going to eat with my casserole. Server said they are coming. 25 minutes my eggs arrived. How two over medium eggs take longer to cook then a shrimp casserole is beyond me. Asked for a manager and said manager never arrived. I have ate at many of restaurants and plenty of Cracker Barrel restaurants and because of the lack of carring and service this will be the last time I eat at your establishment. I’ll take my business elsewhere

our server was a thin guy who did excellent service!! made fresh coffee, got us refills and repeated our order to ensure it was correct, we came to celebrate life of a loved one who passed away this week, the food runner was a complete negative nancy !! the one with a cute heart cardigan had the most ugliest energy while handing out the food, not even calling what we ordered correctly. i brushed it off whatever she’s just the food runner but she’s calling out the wrong plate name obviously no one is going to claim it if she doesn’t even know what the correct plate name was. handing out the food rough and being sarcastic like girl we JUST lost a family member not that u have to care im just saying it costs nothing to be nice coming from someone in the service industry.

This is the best Cracker Barrel we've ever been to! Food was great as always. Our servers name was Starresha. She really went above and beyond giving excellent service, I don't think we've ever been served so we'll anywhere, ever, haha.

I had a wonderful breakfast this morning! I was escorted to a table immediately and my food arrived in a timely manner, just as ordered. My server, Ramon, came by to check on me just the right amount. Not intrusive, but right when I needed something. He was awesome! Overall a great breakfast dining experience.

The lady who checked me out was rude. In the middle of checking me out she started a conversation with another person. I had to wait for my receipt because of the conversation
She grabbed the receipt, stuffed it into my bag and shoved the bag towards me

She never said that thank you or bye or anything to me.

I hadn’t been to a Cracker Barrel in decades — last time was on family road trips. It was just like I remembered, and still really good! The gift shop is still my favorite part after all these years. Some things never change, and I kinda love that.

The item I ordered and paid for online wasn’t available, but they didn’t bother to let me know until I showed up to pick it up. Ordered one of those $5 add on meals and the meatloaf had pieces of bone in it. This was my first time going to a Cracker Barrel so I’m not really impressed
