Took approx. 15-20 minutes to get seated when there was open tables everywhere. Multiple times someone would walk up and still no one would sit the three of us. Just when we were about to walk out is when Kylissa showed us to our table. She couldn't answer some of our questions. That would have been ok but she made no effort to find out the answers for us either. Service never got any better for us. There was a waiter in there though that helped us a couple times that was great. Food was great, atmosphere outside was relaxing. Don't know whether she just had an off night or if she's always this way. Hopefully for everyone else, it was just a one off night.

Food was okay, atmosphere was nice, I did enjoy the live music, service was good but a little absent. Our waitress was very sweet and compassionate with my young grandson, but I base my service on how many times a cup goes empty and how many other tables they may have which is why shebwas a 3 and not a 5 star. As I said Food was good, I got fried fish which was good. my wife went with crab cakes, which is her favorite, there was just as much vegetables as crab meat but they weren't those frozen already battered cakes.

We had to wait about 30-45 minutes when they said it would be longer, happy for that.Wait staff was overwhelmed sometimes it 45 minutes to an hour to get your order.crawfish looked so dirty , like they hadn’t changed out the water. Didn’t eat anything that was boiled. Due to the wait time we just had the appetizer.Not impressed!Will Not Return!

So. Walked, seated on patio and forgot about. After 10 minutes, my wife flags down staff. (I would have left , but wifey was chilling by the fire). Ordered. Got THE SMALLEST SIZED ETOUFEE IVE EVER SEEN. Seriously, 18.00 for about a 5.00 meal. Wife got boiled shrimp. Had to ask for napkins AND MY SALAD. Hell, i woulda starved to death on the kids sized etoufee! Wifes shrimp were very good, she was about halfway thru, said "i need more tea". Haaa. We coulda walked across the street to Market basket and bought tea faster than we got a refill. As an added bonus, we did get to listen to some brat 5 yr old scream her arse off AND two adults screaming at each other on the patio, i think one was a manager? Not sure In defense of waitress, it wasnt her table. She took us because they didnt know whos section we were in. That said, salad?napkins?refills? What a shit show. Too many places to eat in Beaumont for bad service and small portions.
First off we first came to this restaurant a few days ago…. Sat down immediately, waitress came took our drink orders , took forever to get as beers were just sitting at the bar forever. When we placed our order crawfish came out and a friends “all you can eat fish and shrimp” came out . They literally gave him two small pieces of fish and 5 grilled shrimp (was like a kids meal) then it took about 20 mins for him to get his second serving of two small pieces of fish and 5 shrimp. Waitress would wounder off and not come back for a long time. He was only able to get two servings for $28 in ONE HOUR span which is ridiculous. We get the check it says one amount I give my card get that receipt back to notice it about $12 more then the amount before. THEY ADDED A 4% card processing fee. I had cash and had I of known I would have paid that way….. well today March 19th we go to try them ONE more time and we arrive and their is a family of 4 in front of me at stand and some younger guys a few people behind me. Lady in front and myself were told 55 min wait. Ok no problem. So we wait and the younger guys get to stand and go to put name in list his test tells them 55 mins and the guy said are you serious if I give you $100 will you seat us right now…. Sure enough the turned around got $100 out of atm gave it to her and they seated then immediately with atleast 10 parties ahead of them. I bit my tongue didn’t say anything …. About 40 mins goes by and the family of 4 that was right in front of me is sat ….. so I go see where we are on the list she tells me we have 4 groups in front of me, I said how when y’all just sat the family of 4 that was right in front of me and they have more in their party…. No explanation! They finally sit us in the back uncovered part of patio and their is 6 open tables . Our waitress was a lot better this time but This hostess and her male helper need some training or something because how they are operating is not okay nor right for those who have been patiently waiting!

The dining experience started poorly and didn't get much better. The only seating choices were outside(in 60° weather?) or in the bar. What?! And the hostess was less than enthused to be there. Ok, so the server hovered until we ordered. After that, we never got drink refills or were checked on. A number of wait staff were gathered at the end of the bar just chatting and cussing. After finishing eating, we had to wait about 15 minutes before we saw our server to get our ticket. Then, he kept bringing things to several other tables before returning with the check. When we noticed the credit card signature ticket showed a different amount than the original ticket and we asked, we were told there was a 4% processing fee for using a credit card. At a restaurant?? The only place this was presented was a small line BELOW the tip info. WOW! We will definitely not be returning to this establishment.

Nice place to relax and eat some Cajun boiled shrimp. I'm not into crawfish. As a Louisiana East Texas old man, crawfish is poman's shrimp.Try it hot with all the trimmins!

I was hung up on multiple times, the food is good but the service and the rude person you'll have in charge of the phone is ridiculous i totally understand not taking to go orders due to high volume but to say you can't answer questions is ridiculous. I just wanted to ensure what i wanted would be available before i drove 30 min.
