Could not believe i was told that the manager said they could not accept half dollar and one dollar coins. Not given any reason but they looked at it like it was forgein.chicken looked like it was fried in old grease. Used to be a great location...all new young people with no experience in customer service. Will not ever go to that location. Go to Calder location.

I have used the DQ on college by the freeway for 6 years. I will NOT use them again. Rude customer service. Food quality has dropped considerably. This is over the course of the last year. 2024. Today, 12/29/24 was my last trip at approximately 4:30 pm. I was extremely polite to the young girl at the window. Please, thank you, have a good day. NO RESPONSE. 6 Tacos. Half filled. Limp veggies and very little meat. I am now going to Google to leave a review.

They used old meat, I ordered a triple meat, and I won't be going back to this dairy queen. People just don't care anymore. If you are not watching, they take shortcuts...smh

Got some nachos and the nachos were burnt. Got tacos and there was no hot sauce and it barely had anything in the tacos. Called and spoke with manager and wanted it remade and she was very rude and said she could only remake nachos not tacos because I ate the tacos ! Well what does it matter. It was so nasty. Don’t recommend ! And manager hung up on me !!

I visited Dairy Queen at least three times a week. I order the same thing Butterfinger blizzard large but today was by far the second worst time. It started with the drive-through worker who was very rude. Then, once I got to the window, I paid for my order, received my ice cream and noticed that my cup was busted open in several spots. So I pulled back to the drive-through ask for the manager the manager comes to the window and I let her know the issue about my cup busted open and several spots you can see where the Styrofoam is missing and I’m afraid that my ice cream has styrofoam in it. And the only thing the manager did was take my cup of ice cream, close the window and double the cups and pass it right back out. Never did she apologize or try to rectify the situation.

Went today and got salad and the lettuce was bad - I love DQ's crispy chicken salad i get it all the time but this location always has bad lettuce - this is not the first time either but defiantly the last time i go there

I generally don't care for writing bad reviews because I understand customer service jobs can be challenging, but... This is the second time I've had the experience I had today... I order a chili dog... Wait at the window for it for about 5min... Then you tell me to pull around and wait out of the way of the window so you can complete other orders... Ok, that's fine... But why did I have to wait 35 additional minutes the get it, only to get it Ice cold... ? Something's not adding up... Dairy Queen... Fix that... Please and thank you!

I visit DQ on Mondays around noon the young lady who waited on me was very nice and patient! Whenever I came there she was always there I joked and asked did she lived here I believe she was over the store. The food comes fast nice and hot would recommend the banana split!

Fries were too soft. Chicken strips were too hard. Seasoning and taste was good. Toast was soggy. Had to wait quite awhile. Staff was curtious.

Young lady working the drive thru was terrible and needs to be retrained. She was rude and was rushing me to finish my order and then get to the window no greeting and made me the worst dipped cone I ever seen and she knew it. Her coworkers were trying to tell her about it but it was like she didn't care

Shut this place down!!!! They are rude as hell! Brought out two orders for people who had ordered after us and when my husband asked about our order, the little girl stuck her hand on her hip and told him he just had to wait, it was cooking. Then the older woman working in the kitchen came out like she was going to charge at my husband because he told the little girl she didn't need to have an attitude about it, he was just asking where our food was. This place is a joke! I give 0 stars. The tables were dirty also.
