Could not believe i was told that the manager said they could not accept half dollar and one dollar coins. Not given any reason but they looked at it like it was forgein.chicken looked like it was fried in old grease. Used to be a great location...all new young people with no experience in customer service. Will not ever go to that location. Go to Calder location.

I have used the DQ on college by the freeway for 6 years. I will NOT use them again. Rude customer service. Food quality has dropped considerably. This is over the course of the last year. 2024. Today, 12/29/24 was my last trip at approximately 4:30 pm. I was extremely polite to the young girl at the window. Please, thank you, have a good day. NO RESPONSE. 6 Tacos. Half filled. Limp veggies and very little meat. I am now going to Google to leave a review.

They used old meat, I ordered a triple meat, and I won't be going back to this dairy queen. People just don't care anymore. If you are not watching, they take shortcuts...smh

Got some nachos and the nachos were burnt. Got tacos and there was no hot sauce and it barely had anything in the tacos. Called and spoke with manager and wanted it remade and she was very rude and said she could only remake nachos not tacos because I ate the tacos ! Well what does it matter. It was so nasty. Don’t recommend ! And manager hung up on me !!
