I came to pick up a DoorDash order, and the stud who was finishing her floor, I guess, looked at me and said, ‘What do you want?’ I understand I may look young, but even if I were a child, that was completely unnecessary. Then, when I walked out, she said something to her little friend—with the extremely small Afro ball or bun, I couldn’t tell—who also works there. The team definitely needs to improve its professionalism. If you aren’t happy where you work, GO FIND SOMETHING ELSE!

Let’s dive in “ I am not sure how a fast food place take literally 20 mins to make a order ! And then the food is cold ! Let’s get into it ! Chicken basket was terrible gravy was cold ! Chicken tenders bla ! Husband’s cheeseburger was warm ! I got a blizzard and she didn’t turn it upside down ! Moody ! Over all it sucked ! But the wait time was inexcusable! The blizzard was not what I ordered !

I came here due to the relatively high reviews and also because I was already on this side of town. I drove up to the drive thru to place my order. The young guy said he couldn't hear me. I am soft spoken so i do understand me somtimes needing to speak up more. So, I ended up repeating what I said for the 3rd ime a bit louder. Only for one of their lovely employees to mock me! They're night time employees are very rude and unprofessional! I ended up just leaving once the car in front of me drove off. Never again.

I have been waiting on a taco salad for 13 minutes and the staff is standing around doing nothing. 4 of them are standing in the front. They might want to help the ones in the back.
This dairy queen is a beautiful place with friendly staff and customers. Would eat here everytime I'm in tbe area. I'm from Houston and wish my local dairy queen was as good as this location.
