The food was bad, and to be honest, we didn't even eat it. The place was empty, and the meat was cold, like fridge-cold. The bread was extremely hard and seemed very old. To make matters worse, there was only one person working, and my sister's fries were burned, and my loaded potato was not even baked… When we asked for a replacement, she said they didn't have any more. If you're thinking about coming here to eat, DON'T. Go to the Port Arthur location instead; it's 100 times better, we just had such a bad experience in here and will never be back

Terrible terrible experience to customer service the food the environment all of it was terrible. I was given the driest how old and most stale cuts of meat that I’ve ever had at a dickeys barbecue pit I will never ever go back to this location. And t when I did return the order that I received, the lady put the food back into your the serving serving tray for other customers this was disgusting.

This place is so inconsistent.... I'm not gonna say too much, but check out my "frito pie". Corn chips, beans, and chopped brisket. Literally nothing else. Not even close to the product they advertise. ?

Had lunch here last week and the staff was great ! Walked me thru the menu . Decided on the giant loaded baker with a pulled pork topper and a big yellow cup ! Great lunch
Pull pork was dry. This place is no comparison to the Dickeys in Nederland, Tx. Will not be ordering here again! Much rather take the ride to Nederland.
