Order was not delivered on time, called to see if it would be better if we picked it up. The manager accused us of trying to get something for free after we said we didn't want a discount we just wanted to know when the pizza would be here and that we would have come to pick it up if we had known delivery would take this long. The conversation ended by him saying if the pizza got here and it wasn't good we could request a refund. It's been an hour and a half and still no pizza😂

I called to place a pickup order and after hearing the deals offered I attempted to place my order. I was told that there would be an additional $2 charge per pizza. I tried to explain that was not the deal. The deal was two medium three topping pizzas for $8.99. (I wanted 2 pizzas with spinach, chicken and bacon.)The young man told me "you can't tell me how much to charge, I work here!" I asked for the manager and she explained that I was right and the young man was a new employee. The Manager took my order but said she was out of chicken so I added sausage. After getting home these were the worst pizzas ever. They were poorly made with a scanty amount of toppings, burned toppings and cold. I called back to speak to the Manager. She was rude and no help at all. She told me "well you took a hour to get here" which was not true. She talked over me and disputed everything that I said and claimed she made the pizzas until I said some of the toppings were burned and that I was just calling to let her know. I feel my order was messed up because of the confrontation from the initial placing of my order. I don't want a remplacement pizza nor will I patronize them again. Poppa Johns treats their customers with more respect. That's where I will be going from now on. .

Delivery driver Seveena dropped my order off on a random floor and then called me 20 minutes later to tell me where she left it. My food was cold. I put in the instructions to come to the 5th floor and chose in person delivery and not leave it at the door. Order delivery at your own risk. Don’t tip the driver until the food is in your hand.
I bought a pizza from the store on 1395 College Street in Beaumont, Texas that was the worst pizza I ever had call back to tell the store that I was not satisfied with my purchase and he was rude and he hung the phone up can you believe that I will never go back there.

Placed order on line. Paid for delivery and 3:00 tip. Then the location calls saying they do not deliver to me. Uhmm how would I know this unless the website told me. Then go to the location closest to my house. They do not have order. My Order was across town. Order placed at 4:45. 2 locations and miles of driving in the rain. Picked up order 🤦♀️
