I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza with light sauce for my three-year-old daughter and four-year-old niece. Unfortunately, the pizza was overcooked and extremely hard — so much so that the kids didn’t want to eat it. It didn’t appear to have any sauce on it at all, and the crust was baked too hard to enjoy.
I’ve ordered thin crust from this location before and had a much better experience, so this was really disappointing. I didn’t feel like cooking, but I ended up having to make something else for the kids because they refused to eat the pizza. They both complained about how hard it was. Very let down by the quality this time.

Thomas has delivered for my kiddos the past 2 times and I cannot complain. He is always within the time frame and with the best attitude. We love us some Thomas at our door. Hopefully he is considered a top driver for dominoes because his attitude is awesome. 🙃 thank you sir for a positive attitude and accuracy. Please take consideration for your drivers dominoes. Edit: 02/23/25 - This Dominos location must have done an overhaul on management / employees since my original review. I've placed maybe 5 orders within the last 6 months or so and they have all been great - no complaints whatsoever. I usually do online ordering, so I don't have insight on many things, but everything involved with an online order and delivery have been excellent. Everything has been prepared and cooked great, delivered on time, and the drivers have all been very courteous and professional. The order I placed tonight reminded me to edit this review because of the excellent service I received. Hopefully things stay the way they are now! (End of Edit)
I have ordered from Dominos multiple times, and would think of myself as a loyal customer, specifically from the Phelan Blvd, Beaumont, TX location. Today, I was on my way home from work and decided to order a pizza for my wife and I. I called, and was on hold without receiving any answer for 18 minutes. Having had this happen multiple times in the past few weeks, I decided to drive to the store directly and voice my concern with the manager. When I arrived, the manager was in his office. I showed the clerk my phone and how long I have been on hold and asked to speak with the manager. The manager then came out of his office and I expressed my concern to him. The only thing he had to say was "We are very busy", and then walked back into his office without offering any type of other explanation or help. This is very poor management. I have worked at Dominos myself in the past for 2+ years, and this sort of customer service is very uncalled for.

Be careful at this restaurant guys go from rolling dough to taking your card and cash leaving your card nasty and greasy then back to the dough never seen a hand washed been here many times but today I was like wtf a guy in the back coughed in his hand and kept preparing a order no mask on and none of them batted a eye smh Went back to this store on 12-24-24 around 3pm and a girl did the same thing checked me out and went back to making pizza dough never washed her hands I'm never going back to dominos my daughter refused to eat it when I got home with it said she got sick last time she ate from them

It was very nice and clean. I walked in, and right away. A young lady asked me. What can I do for you. I used the app, to make and purchase my pizza 🍕. They had both ready as the app said your pizzas are ready. And she was very nice and handed them to me. I get to my parents house 🏠. And we ate our pizzas. My parents and I really loved them. They did a wonderful job 👏 on both. Thank you Dominos pizza. Appreciate you alot. Well done 👊👊
