Burnt pizza! Ordered two 7 toppings for 9.99 pizzas and toppings were lacking in so many ways and not as ordered. Pepperonis on a simple pepperoni pizza with extra cheese were thrown in one spot and not sorted evenly. AGAIN BOTH PIZZAS WERE BURNT!

Can't complain, food was hot cooked perfect the three stars on atmosphere is strictly because it was carry-out order I was not hanging out in the waiting area or in the parking lot. The staff was very friendly and area for food prep and the rest of the store very clean.

We placed an order for curbside for a reason and our order was never brought out to us. We waited over 10 mins and no one ever came. When we walked in I asked the young man who was there and he yelled asking why wasnât the order brought out and someone said we were obviously busy and then another walked up asking did I need help with bringing it to my car. This staff was unprofessional and I felt like I was being made fun of and I didnât feel respected I would like a market or district manager to contact us immediately about this terrible and disrespectful service. I have never encountered an experienced like this. Poor staffing customer service.

I ordered thru the app and when i arrived i pressed the button to inform that i was on my way inside. I was greeted and then a older gray hair caucasian guy approached me and uncomfortably invaded my personal space staring as if we knew each other and asked if he could help me. I said âIm here to pick up my order to which he sharply replied âWell, we need a nameâ. I received my order and went home. I spent $60 on 2 specialty pizzas and 16 wings only to get home and throw away an entire spinach and feta pizza. It was horribe. Crust was dense and under done at bottom and the feta was extremely tart. The other pizza and the wings were fine. I will no longer use the Parkdale location.

Ordered here, was told 30 minutes. Waited an hour, was put on hold for 20 min, hung up on, another 15 and they answered to be told they havenât even started it yet. I get being understaffed, that always sucks. But youâve gotta give people a heads up instead of leaving them waiting and wondering if the food will ever arrive. Bad management, bad service. 1 star. Shut this place down or hire new people.
