We placed an order for curbside for a reason and our order was never brought out to us. We waited over 10 mins and no one ever came. When we walked in I asked the young man who was there and he yelled asking why wasn’t the order brought out and someone said we were obviously busy and then another walked up asking did I need help with bringing it to my car. This staff was unprofessional and I felt like I was being made fun of and I didn’t feel respected I would like a market or district manager to contact us immediately about this terrible and disrespectful service. I have never encountered an experienced like this. Poor staffing customer service.

I ordered thru the app and when i arrived i pressed the button to inform that i was on my way inside. I was greeted and then a older gray hair caucasian guy approached me and uncomfortably invaded my personal space staring as if we knew each other and asked if he could help me. I said “Im here to pick up my order to which he sharply replied “Well, we need a name”. I received my order and went home. I spent $60 on 2 specialty pizzas and 16 wings only to get home and throw away an entire spinach and feta pizza. It was horribe. Crust was dense and under done at bottom and the feta was extremely tart. The other pizza and the wings were fine. I will no longer use the Parkdale location.

Ordered here, was told 30 minutes. Waited an hour, was put on hold for 20 min, hung up on, another 15 and they answered to be told they haven’t even started it yet. I get being understaffed, that always sucks. But you’ve gotta give people a heads up instead of leaving them waiting and wondering if the food will ever arrive. Bad management, bad service. 1 star. Shut this place down or hire new people.

Austin lies about attempting to deliver my order. I call up to the store & the manager Sarah has an attitude with me while I’m telling her what’s going on. I swear it’s always something with the Parkdale location.

They messed up my order, refused to make it right, and had an attitude about it. Hardly any sauce on the pizza and it was cold by the time they delivered it. I truly prefer the one on Phelan. They’re pizza is always good quality and they have great customer service.

A Hawaiian pizza should be Canadian bacon and pineapple with cheese on it I've never heard of a Hawaiian pizza that has bell peppers on it The service was good fast and quick
Schedule on the place is wrong google says open until 12am. And is a lie because I went to the place at 9:40pm and they refused to take any order that was not already scheduled for delivery. It’s very disappointing
