Lots of staff, but no one greeted us as we came in. Used the kiosk to place our order. Waited a bit, they had half our order ready but never said anything, so the coffee sat and cooled. Watched as they told people to go to one counter then the other and finally they'd serve them. Seemed like a lot of action but little progress.
Matthew is AWESOME!! He is the sweetest and cutest Lil thing ever!! Give that boy a promotion and a raise!!

I stopped by Dunkin’ recently, and I have to say the experience was fantastic. The store was clean, my order came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh and delicious.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. One of the workers, Matthew, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude that it genuinely brightened my morning. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes pride in making sure customers leave with a smile, but Matthew definitely did.
Thanks to him, I’ll definitely be coming back to this Dunkin’ more often. Great job to the whole team — and especially to Matthew for making my day!
