Worst experience we had here, they first give wrong order then asked to replace was willing to charge extra. Pathetic place will be never coming here back.

The food is good and the service is alright depending what time you go, but the coffee? Ordered an iced coffee and it tasted like water with maybe an espresso shot I guess?? Ordered a coffee that was supposed to have cinnamon and vanilla syrup in it but all I got was coffee flavored water… went home tried to doctor it up by putting creamer and brown sugar in it but then it just tasted like water with creamer and brown sugar in it. Was so bad ended up just dumping it out.
Not sure what it is with Dunkin in the Beaumont area….horrible. You can get better coffee for free in any hotel lobby. This location as well as Vidor, I wish I had kept the receipt to ask for refund, they both had such trash

Ordered 10 boxes of 50 donut holes. They only had 8. I asked them to make sure to mix it up (assorted box). When I got to work, they weren't assorted boxes. One box had all glaze, one had all chocolate, one had all blueberry and so on.

Went here to get the new brown sugar cookie frozen coffee and It tasted like burnt foot and ice! Didn't even bother asking them to remake it because when I've asked them to remake a disgusting drink they made before, it was a problem! It's sad McDonald's makes better frozen coffee than any of these coffee shops. Well..hard earned money went down the drain. At least i got points on the app I guess...

I've had their donuts but they aren't fresh and warm. They do have a good atmosphere though and their service is good.Parking: There isn't alot of parking spaces so you have to park in another parking lot if there isn't anymore parking which is annoying.

Just really poor overall. Very rude, very slow, and food/drinks were not good. Two of the employees, Nathan and Caroline, went out of their way to be extremely petty for no reason. Our coffee tasted burnt and the food was still cold. We were met with rude faces and attitude. I assume this Dunkin only hires teenagers who do not understand emotional regulation yet. Avoid if you can.
