I had an online pick up order of a small coffee and a 25 count of munchkins assorted I received all Blueberry glaze, and the coffee taste like it was made with dirty dish water. There was no creamer added to it whatsoever no not to mention ordering it online is so that you don’t have to wait and they still hadn’t made the munchkins when I got there so I had me pull around just to receive the nastiest flavor of them all 25 times over and I was buying them for my class of teenagers so it’s safe to say my Money will be thrown in the trash this morning. I used to love Dunkin, but since moving and only going to that one because it’s close to the house, I do not plan on going back every time I’ve been in the past couple months has been about been a bad experience. I’ve never left a bad review on a place but this just ruined my morning!!

Lucas needs to take notes from Phelan Dunkin. Drive thru workers sound like they are miserable while taking your order “mhm what else”. And to top it off they don’t even great you at the window. No hello, thank you or have a good day. Just silence.

DD on Lucas HORRIBLE went in for LG iced latte rest room filthy paper on floor ... no toilet paper ... tables all dirty coffee spills on floor shelves empty ... went to counter to put my order ... Girl just stood there and stared at me ... Didn't greet me ... What So Ever ... put my order and she gave it to me wrong ... placed it on the counter and No Reply From her ... No Thank You Or have a nice day ... Nothing and to top it Off Big Flies Zooming all Over the Filthy Place . . NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE.

I love getting their donuts. First time trying the dragon fruit drink. It was okay. One of the workers was asking the cashier in front of me if the others and I came in came together or not. After me and the other 3 paid for our food. Weird guy. Other than that everybody was nice and respectful.

Hi, I come to Dunkin every day, regularly... This was my worst experience ever. My Butter Pecan iced Latte with hazelnut, toasted white chocolate and caramel drizzle all around was completely watered down.. the girls working the evening shift had horrible attitudes. I even went back around to get it remade, and it still tasted the exact same after me telling them it tasted watered down. I will be contacting customer service over this issue.
