We finally got to taste their wonderful food today. It was incredible. Great people, food and environment. We will definitely be back. Go Niners!!!

I had an incredible meal at Compadres Hill Country Cocina in Boerne! The fideo was pure comfort in a bowl—rich, savory, and perfectly seasoned, with noodles cooked just right in a warm, flavorful broth that felt like Grandma’s house. The fajita taco was equally outstanding, packed with tender, smoky fajita meat that had that signature Hill Country BBQ flair, wrapped in a fresh tortilla. Every bite was bursting with bold, authentic Tex-Mex flavors.

My wife is a fan of birria and mexican food. We tried this place just now. We are not disappointed!!! We ordered one Torta de Asada, one order of Birria Tacos, a Gordita, a Jamaica drink and an Horchata which by the way, one of the best Horchatas I've had around. Everything was exceptional 👌🏻 100/10!!!🔥🔥🔥

I ordered a Chicken Gordita and the Beef fajita tacos the Gordita was Great but the meat in the tacos was rubbery and chewy I would recommend the chicken Gordita and not the taco only because of the meat if they fix that choice of meat I'm sure it would be better

Everything here is absolutely delicious. The flavors are rich and authentic, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend trying the tacos al pastor, tripe tacos, and birria tacos. Each dish is bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. You won't be disappointed!
