Ive had lots of Guisada but smoked brisket Guisada by Chef Mark was beyond! Super tender and flavorful and coupled with his homemade tortillas....you missed out if you didn't get this. Never a disappointment.

I had an incredible meal at Compadres Hill Country Cocina in Boerne! The fideo was pure comfort in a bowl—rich, savory, and perfectly seasoned, with noodles cooked just right in a warm, flavorful broth that felt like Grandma’s house. The fajita taco was equally outstanding, packed with tender, smoky fajita meat that had that signature Hill Country BBQ flair, wrapped in a fresh tortilla. Every bite was bursting with bold, authentic Tex-Mex flavors.
My wife is a fan of birria and mexican food. We tried this place just now. We are not disappointed!!! We ordered one Torta de Asada, one order of Birria Tacos, a Gordita, a Jamaica drink and an Horchata which by the way, one of the best Horchatas I've had around. Everything was exceptional 👌🏻 100/10!!!🔥🔥🔥
