I love revueltas pupusas!! (I think I spelled it wrong lol) Their California burrito is good as hell. The atmosphere is old school and plus this is Beaumont a lot of places are still old school here go figure lol. Regardless of what it looks like you get authentic food. Plus fried plantains!! And rice and beans mixed together I think it’s called arrioz or something idk but it’s good af. I might as well be a Salvadorian myself cuz I comes here every week I tells ya!

Pulling up there is limited parking and you notice that the outside could use a bit of TLC and even a grass trim. When you walk in you’re hit with a wave of heat. We went in around 12:30pm and there was one person leaving and a table of 3 visiting after their meal. The table was clean but it was so hot and humid in there my arms stick to it?. I went to the restroom (unisex) to put my hair up and quickly walked out as there is NO air! Don’t go behind someone else! There were 2 window units and one was turned on shortly before we left. The food was cooked to order and we had pastelitos and a pupusa. The pastelitos needed some major seasoning and the salsa given aside both was like a tomato sauce? The pupusa was ok, no complaints. The curtido taste good, had a kick which I liked.Kid-friendliness: I saw high chair’s.Parking: There are not many parking spots, if you make on the street make sure to not block someone’s driveway.

Pupusas are not made with the correct flour, 1/4 smaller than it should be, the sour craut does not have the original ingredients, red salsa is watery. Great yuca but the chicharrones not cooked properly.

The pupusas aren't filled very much and is alot of the masa. The slaw that goes with it is FIRE tho! I'm giving 5 stars tho for the flavor and it's the only Salvadorian place I have seen in Beaumont and I'm glad to support!
