One of the best places in the Golden triangle for Italian food.

The food is delicious, plentiful, and affordable. We were visiting from out of town and dined there per relatives' recommendation.

I've wanted to give Frankie's a chance since I love Italian food, I'll save you the trouble- drive 20min North and go to Joe's Italian in Silsbee.
When we arrived the hostess was not friendly, very blunt. The waitress was a tad nicer, but still not a great atmosphere.
The food was good, I had Chicken Torino, it was extremely cheesy which made it a bit hard to eat. But it was tasty. Prices are not bad. Parking was fine.
First impressions are everything for locally owned places. From the unpleasant staff to the dirty silverware, which took a while to change out, I do not plan on returning. I will happily make the 20min drive to Joe's every time!

We had this on our list of places to try since moving back to the area last year after being away for a long while. The food was pretty good. We set out expectations that American Italian is just different than what we had living in Europe for a long time and being in and out of Italy many times.....not bad, just different. So over all the food was good, not great, but the value was great, prices are very reasonable. Service was where we ran into our issues. Immediately entering the place the hostess was very short and blunt asking us "how many" very forward and never looking up or saying another word. Our waitress was only slightly more friendly and very short with us. My wifenwas considering a dessert, but we were brought the check without even being asked. (This was not late ~6:30). The other negative was the pretty disgusting silverware we had to swap out. Overall, had the service and cleanliness been better we might visit again, and we always like giving multiple chance, but it didn't seem like the staff cared either way, so we likely won't be back.

Hands down best Italian restaurant in the United States I’ve been too. From Provincetown, MA to San Diego, CA. The Calamari is cooked well and the marinara is to die for. Now don’t even get me started on the Alfredo. Unlike other places the chicken here is tender and juicy and the sauce is flavorful. The service is great, food comes out so quick I haven’t even finished my appetizer. And the Atmosphere is calm and appealing. And the CEASER SALAD is THE BEST. Whoever Franky is he needs a medal.

The food and service was horrible. The waitress did not come back to the table to see if we needed anything. We did not get any refills on the drinks or come to see if everything was ok. I will not return to this place.

Ordered a Togo order and drove home 20 minutes to find the order was wrong and what we ordered was much more expensive than what we received. When we called they said they were going to refund the messed up portion of our order but never did.

The waiter was very rude. Ask for a side of angel hair pasta with the white wine sauce and was told no you have to have Alfredo in broken spanish that's not on the menu. I do not think there was anyone that spoke good English or Italian there

Frankie’s is a well oiled machine. The speed in which they brought out our appetizers and entrees was truly something. To be honest it felt a little like they were rushing us to eat and get out of there but the other way of looking at it is that we were hungry and we sure got our food quickly. The portions are huge and they truly did not skimp on the meat sauce for my pasta. I only wish I had room for dessert. Definitely would return!
