Worst links ever, whatever the casings are filled with something cannot be identified as meat I had family in town from Las Vegas and Los Angeles I was embarrassed when they showed me the contents of the link. I ended up throwing them away.

One of if not my favorite places for a Beaumont Beef link, Gerard's also inspired me to be a master at smoking Pork Bones. People in Beaumont already know, but if you're an out of Towner, make sure you stop by and get some bones and a link......I keep begging for a loose recipe for them links...lol they are not budging ?

The full menu was not available. The ribs were tough, the beans were dry and the links were placed in a greasy-like substance on the plate. I will not return and I do not recommend.
