One of if not my favorite places for a Beaumont Beef link, Gerard's also inspired me to be a master at smoking Pork Bones. People in Beaumont already know, but if you're an out of Towner, make sure you stop by and get some bones and a link......I keep begging for a loose recipe for them links...lol they are not budging ?

Nothings ever ready, you must wait or they don't have any. Never a complete menu. Somewhat dry customer service. Had a call in order and drove 15 mins to location and order took another 10 mins from my arrival.

Links were small and tasteless, the rib sandwich was mostly bones. Home from Virginia for the holidays, won't be going back.
Gerard's is always "on-point"!I LOVE THEIR FOOD!!!
