Cookie was good but you can only order online , then you get a phone call asking what you wanted, makes no sense to me

Employees seem to be more interested in thier phones and gossiping , rather than helping the customers. I was the only person in there and was never once acknowledged. After about 8 to 10 minutes I just up and left. Will not be returning and bringing my business elsewhere.

I took my son to GAC yesterday, and I'm highly disappointed in the quality of the cookies. The cookies are very thin, every time he tried to pick up a cookie, it crumbled. I rather bake him some store bought cookies, then waste my money on GAC. The cookies used to be very good, but the quality has significantly decreased.

Cookies are ok nothing yo break ur ne k to go get as I did...6 cookies for 13 dollars u would at least expect them not to be over done or old b cus the complete outer half of cookie was tough to chew.... other than that it was great
Ordered a cookie cake for my daughters 10th 80s themed skate party ! Told them colors and be creative! They gave me something better then I pictured in my head lol! I was sooooo happy ? Beaumont Tx, EasTx freeway!

The staff went above and beyond last minute, and even adjusted to some changes. My husband even messed it up on the way home and the redid it for us quickly. Not to mention it tasted amazing, as usual. My favorite and always will be!

I forgot to order my sister's cake on time and ordered one in a hurry. The wait time said it was 2 hours and i was defeated. I called the store to have them please call if it was ready before then. They were very nice and seemed to have dealt with late orders all the time and were super understanding. Lol They got it done in under an hour and i made it just in time. Thanks so much to the 3 teenagers on duty who saved me!
