I went i on 10/31/25 to place an order i told the cashier that the last time I was here they didn't give me a small gravy I explained i ordered two 20 piece nuggets and they only gave me 1 gravy so I would like an extra gravy at no cost, he said no ,because he said no he lost out on a 40 dollar order and will not go back because he wouldn't give me a 99 cent gravy. That is just selfish, they can keep there chicken .

I purchased food before work. Went back because the order was wrong. The manager too the chicken and put in back in the warmer with the rest of the chicken. Refuse to give me a refund. Very rude after missing up my food. Wanted me to go back home and get the drink before I can get a full refund.

Went there for lunch. Ordered 2 piece chinken and fries. Usually everything is fresh. This time for whatever reason nothing tasted fresh. Wasn't even hot. Almost like it was leftovers from the day before. Hopefully this was a one time thing.

Wow... Poor service with a side of attitude and to to it off they forgot the 6 rolls we ordered to go with the rest of our order. Good on the buffet was dried out and getting worse under the great lamps! NEVER stopping here again when we drive through this area.

Sunday Ordered gizzards and livers mixed. Gizzards hard and liver was spoiled very bitter and green on the inside. I called to warn them from selling them and was told mgr wasn’t in but person was rude and hung up on me. It made me sick from the few I ate. I wasn’t even asking for a refund because I wasn’t driving back after being home. I simply wanted to warn them before making others sick from bad livers.

First time at the place. The fryed chicken was very good. Not to oily but not dried out either. Tasted a lot like my mother's fried chicken. All the sides that I tried were really good also. I'll be back.

This location has some of the best chicken that I have eaten, just simply delicious. I went here because I just wanted chicken and like the other locations I didn't expect much but that may be why this place took me by surprise and they just killed it. Really was impressed with the cleanlines, quality of food, and the service here.
