Tried getting ahold of someone there at itza pizza is impossible. Multiple times it rang so long it transferred me back to the hotel desk phone. When line was finally picked up, they hung up before I could say anything. The hotel employees are perfect though, we're kind and transferred me each time, but no one actually picks up for the itza pizza to be able to make an order. Won't be trying again, the restaurant doesn't seem to be I terested in taking orders at all.

Decided to eat a pizza from there and normally its good but somebody dropped the ball this time. I dont eat pork but i got a sausage pizza instead of ground beef. Ill take a break from yow for a while. It was only 1 person working by the way.I felt bad because it was the cashier's birthday. Yow need to do better.

Can't believe I just found this place. We got a couple of the breakfast pizzas, boudain, and BBQ chicken pizza for our morning safety meeting. The employees absolutely loved it. I was so surprised how good it was. I definitely recommend their pizza... we loved it!

It's hard to rate the food, cause when we went we went for a specific pizza that's suppose to be on the menu. Come to find out they don't have it at all and never did. It's the margarita pizza. So my husband make the decision just to leave. It was his birthday lunch. So instead we eneded up at mellow mushroom. The atmosphere is decent. But nothing special. Itza is located inside a pasta restaurant so most of the menu is pasta and what. Pizza they do have is standard stuff I could get elsewhere and for cheaper.Parking is hard to find, just due to it being inside of a hotel. So be ready to walk from the back side of the hotel to the front.Overall, If you want pasta ok go here. Can't tell you If it's good, don't know, but pizza go somewhere else.

Food quality is really good. Taste needs improvement. The staff is very cooperative. Overall it's a good place to have your pizza.
I pulled up this restaurant on my phone and though it is inside a motel I found the food to be exceptionally good. I ordered their $5 dinner salad and a pizza. The dinner salad was a meal in itself and undoubtedly the best $5 salad to be had anywhere. The pizza was delicious and piping hot, served in an upscale atmosphere by a friendly staff. I highly recommend this place and will look for an opportunity to revisit when I am in the Beaumont area again.
