Misleading price. I asked to Take Out the hash brown out my food, guy didn't listen could of been an allergic person, Got a BF platter, seems they give way less of anything around here too.

I ordered four of these signature Jack in the box 2 for used to be a dollar tacos. All four shells were horribly stale. Their drive-thru person was kind of rude and then told me I had to pay $0.25 per packet of ranch for my tacos, even for just one. Not to mention they were out of taco sauce. (The kind that comes on the taco.) Jack in the box must be struggling if you know what I mean.

Came here Saturday 11/30 at 11:00am We walk in and are completely ignored. Finally a woman very rudely says “drive thru only” I said “oh we can’t eat inside” she said “drive thru only, lobby is supposed to be locked” There’s no signs or anything saying drive thru only.

This Jack in the Box location has the best quality food I have ever had, from a fast food burger place. Much care is put into the meals every time I go. Burgers perfectly stacked and wrapped. It is also very clean. I did not expect it. The crew is not rude, and they were doing well days I went.
I tried the sourdough breakfast bacon scrambler and it was good the hashbrown was cooked to long

Guy working the drive thru was very rude and kept yelling through the drive thru then got the order wrong. Didn't smile or greet or anything just took my card and walked away from the window .we asked for more ketchup and he got an attitude.

If you've been here you know. The burgers are like other places. Mine seemed a bit more greasy than expected. The fries were done well yet lacked salt. The location we went to needed some repairs and updating. Overall not the worst but also not the best.
Ordered a chicken tator melt and soup essentially, was covered in so much sauce the bunn was falling apart

My recent visit to Jack in the Box on i10E left me feeling frustrated. Despite placing my order through the app and clearly indicating my preferences, the execution fell short. My drink had ice despite requesting otherwise, and my tacos arrived with cheese, despite specifying ‘no cheese’. It’s disappointing when simple requests aren’t met, highlighting a lack of attention to detail and consistency in their service. Improvement is needed to ensure customers receive the experience they expect.

Empty drive thru, 3 employees (that I could see); the person that took the order was annoyed I had to look at the menue (not many jack in the box near me in Louisiana, sorry I bored her).The person. Assembling my order went back and forth to the tune of 11 min to assemble a "smash burger, chicken wrap and fries." I'll remind you, I was in the store alone. Cold fries, sloppy wrap, and a cold burger to top it off.

Order the tiny tacos and the Egg rolls they were both made hot and fresh. The person at the drive thru had an excellent attitude and great customer service skills which made me want to go back. My order came out in a timely manner which is always a good thing. There was plenty of parking and the parking lot was clean. I recommend eating at this location, I was truly happy with everything..
