Horrible attitudes (rude), food was soggy, and had to turn around and go back to get food they left out of my order.(Given more attitude for their mistake) Not to mention ingredients I asked them to leave out of sandwich (for allergy reasons) they decided to put on it anyways. 10 out of 10 DON'T RECOMMEND!!

I recently placed a mobile order at Jack in the Box, but upon arrival, it wasn't ready for pickup. No big deal but the drive-thru employee had us pull around and wait. When our food arrived, my drink was missing, which I had paid for. I informed the employee that I ordered a Dr. Pepper, and she replied that it was unavailable. I opted for a Root Beer instead.
However, when I checked the order, my extra fries were missing. I
sent my brother inside with the receipt to fix the issue. From the car, I witnessed the employee's interaction with my brother. The employee questioned the missing fries until he showed her the receipt, which seemed to be the only thing that convinced her. After correcting both mistakes, We thanked her and her response to our gratitude, a dismissive 'uh-huh,' was particularly rude and left a bad taste for us.
The whole experience was frustrating, especially since the employee didn't seem to care about the missing items. Not offering an alternative drink solution when they didn't have my original choice was also disappointing. While I understand that everyone has bad days, this kind of treatment doesn't encourage customer loyalty. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return.

The person on drive through and manger was very rude and disrespectful on Christmas they yelled and had an additude they even hung up on us and lost 5 cars left because of they continued to tell use after we asked if it’s the speaker was broken and said “no, re drive through the line” they also yelled at the car in front of us then we left and called the manager and she had an additude because we had a complaint about her employee
I wouldn't even rate it went to jib and they were so ghetto the lady acted like me and my wife were bothering them they had my order wrong order 2 shakes did not receive either one our food was cold when we got it we waited in line for about 8 mins than we had to go to the parking lot to be brought out order another 10 mins of waiting if was horrible

Drive-through needs to work on their listening skills. They got the entire order wrong
Then when I called them to let them know about the mistake the lady who answered the phone had a rude attitude. Their favorite excuse is to say that they did not take the order but there should be no such thing as just blaming one person when this kind of business is supposed to work as a team
And my fries tasted bitter like old grease!!

Out of Monster tacos at this time

2nd time (different days and times of the day)ordering tacos with no taco sauce in them. Ask why no taco sauce and they said just put packet taco sauce in them it’s the same. No it’s not. The cook then told me she doesn’t have time to put the sauce in them. So owner, why you having employees not put taco sauce in taco’s??? Do you think the tacos got popular with gag in the bag packet taco sauce?? With all the Jack in the boxes closing in the US hopefully you’ll be next and not a good Jack in the box.

This might truly be, thee best service by a J.I.B. I've never experienced. The customer service I was given today by John S., and the team here as well, 430pm(10/23/24) was beyond great service. I would sound crazy, if I was particular about what this man hinself did specifically. Took our whole order by memory, for one... as he was doing the drive thru, as well as the front, and look as though he was doing the fryer area as well... and literally, with a smile and kindness in his heart, face, and step... is the best I can say. JOHN needs.. No, JOHN DESERVES A REVIEW AND A RAISE... even if he just got one or had one... if this man is not recognized by JACK IN THE BOX COOPERATION... THEY are missing out. John is definitely one of, no, again.. thee prime example of doing your job to the best of your ability while trying to be better than that in everything he was doing... interaction after interaction with other customers... same service, respectful, on point, friendly, and just a damn great man. I have been to lots of fast food places across multiple states... this guy seems like this is his normal mode, if he was let the chance to shine in a better light, higher position should he want it... JACK IN THE BOX... you better open your eyes and ask this man to be part of your corporate program or something of that nature... whoever is the person that runs this google account for this location, better really look at this man with different eyes if you haven't seen and know what this guy "IS"... he's everything, any employer could dream of having hired once in their career. Level this man up!. Go to this location and see if John is working.. he's got you! The best to the team here too.. they have to know they got a great guy to work with. I've never met this man or even from this area... i just moved out here 23 days ago from southern California... JACK IN THE BOX EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR... NO JOKE.

An employees was in house slippers with no socks and another was in pajama bottoms. The only thing that showed they were employees were their shirts

Wow. So, I ordered tacos and was told they were frozen and that they would not be thawing them out. That's cool, because I don't want frozen tacos. I used the drive through. The cashier wasn't wearing a uniform, showed her stomach and didn't put napkins in the bag. I ordered chicken fingers. They tasted okay, but the oil needed to be changed.

Walked in and waited 5 mins at the counter with nobody in the lobby. The one girl I could see "working" was taking selfies. My order was never taken. Restaurant safety rating is an 86 at the time of this review.

The hamburger was cold. The onion rings was one big clump that looked like a piece of chicken and grease dripped on my clothes. The tacos had three pieces of lettuce. I was very disappointed. Also a lady walked up to the window and interrupted my service.
