Ordered two tacos and was only given one. When I pointed it out, the staff had a bad attitude, made faces, and were not friendly at all. Service was also very slow, and there was no apology or effort to fix the mistake properly.
Very disappointed with the customer service at this location.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in fast food in my life! I went through the drive through the lady said “hold on I’ll get you” which is fine. She proceeded to take my order 3 minutes later which is also fine.(it’s late in the night so I understand) I get to the drive through window and ask “can I please have taco sauce” she say’s “we are out of taco sauce we only have the one in the bottle” I ask politely “can I please get a little extra in the tacos” she asked the cook in the back and he says somthing slightly rude. Which is still ok say with me BECAUSE I UNDERSTAND ITS LATE IN THE NIGHT! I get home to realize I have no sauce at all? No lettuce, no cheese? This sucks! I would have went back if they’re attitudes were more friendly but I’m scared my tacos would get kicked across the floor!

Terrible service. No manners and the cashier behaved like she was running a prison. This was on 10/14 around 1. She wouldn't even let me talk to ask for sauce.

Went through the drive through at 11:30 on Sunday September 28 waited 5 minutes in the driver through. The employee waited 5 minutes before telling to hold on then they tell me their only taking cash at this time. No wonder they have terrible reviews.

Sat in the drive thru fir like 10 min and nobody came on to take my order. Sat another 15min. till the car infrint of me to get there food so I could go to Waffle House.

Employees so ready for shift change they left my order for next shift to cook it, waited 15 mins to in coming staff to notice my order and 2 other customers had not even been started!

It is very disappointing when you go to a place spending your money and the food isn't edible I asked for 2 breakfast platters both bacon need less to say I go to bring my 76 year old mother her breakfast and to my surprise it wasn't the mini pancakes it was french toast sticks that I wasn't informed of and the bacon was overcooked yes some people like crispy bacon but not that crispy I was on my way to work so I told my mom just don't eat the bacon my thing is that should have never been served to anyone so my thoughts was GOTS TO BE MO CAREFUL I will most definitely check first next time and just be late for work

The worst Jack in the Box in the City. Several times we have came to this establishment where the order was wrong in some shape or form. The staff are extremely unprofessional, serve terrible quality food, make customers wait outside even when they are no other people in line or inside, and overall insure the worst experience. Today was the last straw with this place. After getting the order wrong were the employe in training has to make the correct, we waited outside 25 minutes at least. I entered the building for my order only to see many others also waiting for their orders. The food paid for wasn't even put in the fryer. A man waiting for 30 minutes left after not being able to get their food or a refund after asking. The employe very unprofessionally said a lady could not have a refund unless she used the mobile app. As I waited more folks that have been waiting on their orders came in. All of this hardship for some subpar thrown together food that couldn't even hold the mayo

I gave this location a second chance yesterday Friday about 8pm and had a great experience.. The woman behind the counter was very nice and efficient. The restaurant interior was very clean and take out food was good. Will return to this college at Beaumont location again.. I was Impressed .. keep up good work and maybe sent the manager or owner from the vidor main street location to show them how to run a location.... Keep up the good work ....

After we stood there with two employees just talking for several minutes finally the woman asked with her back towards us if she could help us I wanted a milkshake the lady was rude and yelled out their machine didn’t work so I asked about a boho she then barked at me something I couldn’t understand about their milk!? Well to say the least this was one of the worse Jack in boxes we have been to!!
