Decided to give this location a second chance. To my dismay, the service and food was worst than my first visit. The value for the dollar is none existing. There were no prices at the drive thru board and the biggest insult was the length of time to get food was far from being classified as fast food. If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not eat at this establishment unless you have plenty of time and like surprise totals. By the way, the food was sub par.

Horrible food and service! No one in the restaurant, should have been a clue..took forever to get food. Had to ask for fresh fries. Fresh fries even tasted bad. I ate 3 and half of burger! Never ever again. Waste of my money!

Idk what they got going on jack-in-the-Box off Washington by MLK in Beaumont tx but the night crew was horrible I supposed to get a large drink they gave me a medium and light and say they change sizes when I’m looking at the large cup they on they phone all night me and my girlfriend waited in line for almost 3 hours was so backed up they steady playing, and being on they phones they got to do better🤦🏽♂️

Lastvfew times I went here. Ordered burger and fries. Each time waited for atleast 10mins and once they tottaly missed the egg rolls and then took another 10 min.

Food was ok, but the service was interesting. I ordered 2 orders of tacos, and I'm not sure if the worker was high or tired, but flat out made sure I got 3 orders. After repeating myself several times.

Been in line since 12 it’s now 12:20 people on headset are not taking orders at the speaker so everyone has to pull to window and order and then wait on their food at the window. Can’t back out the parking lot because there are cars in front and behind . Unacceptable manager and owner needs to do better never coming to this location again

I hardly ever give a place such a low rating, but this particular Jack N The Box is in Beaumont Texas south of I/10. We were going to LU for a football game and wanted something fast and I know that Jack has good food, clean restaurants and is kind of fast. But, not this location. We ordered and waited 25 minutes for our food and several things were wrong, plus everything tasted old and greasy. My granddaughter (11 Y/O) got sick and vomited 2 hours after eating. Staff was nice and they apologized. The restaurant was old, dirty, stank and in visible need of many repairs. If I ever need to go back to that school, I won’t be eating there.

This place won't be there long. Apparently the employees work when they feel like it. I went through the drive through, no one answered. Pulled up to the window and no one was there. Then a lady walked up and did a slash across the neck motion, indicating they were closed. There were no signs indicating that. My husband said that it is common occurance at this location. I guess this location doesn't need business to continue to employ people who won't work. Here's my review to warn others not to waste their time.
Management: if you want everyone to be out of a job, continue to allow your employees to run this place into the ground.
