The jack in the box, 590 Washington Blvd.,Beaumont, Texas. Jumbo jack with cheese, cold and awful, curly fries, I would not give to a dog!!! 12/1/23, approx. 7:35 pm. My order cost $8.31, wish I had gotten a recipe!!! 1st. Time my food was unfit!!! I threw the bread away!!! Awful to serve that terrible ? of food!!! Shameful!!!

Fast food usually only gets three stars, because hey it's fast food not gourmet, but this jack gets an extra for their salsa they serve with the tacos. That's right actual salsa not from a packet. Great job Jack in the box.

All right I'm going to try to be as nice as I can about this it's very seldom I'll leave a bad review but when you go through a drive-thru set there for 10 minutes then pull forward to the window and nobody answers so you drive around go inside and they tell you they're only taking drive through orders I tell them that I was in the Drive-Thru for almost 20 minutes no the answer they said they said they're doing a shift change I've never seen a shift change take 25 minutes it was more important to bring fellow employees food out that serve a guy just sweet tea that's all I wanted I was told they're too busy heard the girls say I can't take his order right now I'm busy busy serving her boyfriend that works there that's awesome Jack in the Box so I suggest you change your whole staff of everyone was rude and I promise you I'm not a rude person I take things lightly so for me to take the time right now to write this review I suggest management or someone please come take a look at this store.this is not the proper way jackbox should be ran. One more thing and if that was management that was speaking to me the way they were they should definitely take a HR and maybe a couple PR classes cuz I am in a management position with a major company this is not how talk to clients for people in any manner and in conclusion remember I just wanted to just a sweet tea
