I eat at the Gateway restaurant many times a week. Everyone is always super friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would really appreciate it if Claire the food director would bring back veggie chili especially since the weather is cooling off. I know the vegans and vegetarians would be very happy.

I haven't been to Jason's Deli in years... I was so disappointed to pay $13+ for a Rueben that really isn't a Rueben at all. Nothing is grilled! Then our food just set at the end of the counter for 5 min until I asked the person standing and the register doing nothing if I needed to come pick up my own food.

The food is sometimes hit or miss here. I've gotten a grilled cheese that hardly had any cheese on it and was sloppily put together but on the flip side, I've had meals here that were thoughtfully put together. The food itself is pretty good but I wonder about the soup being in cans which I'm pretty sure it is, I don't think any of it is fresh. So at the end of the day, it's overpriced but when you don't want to cook or you want the salad bar, it's a good deal.

The manager working the lunch shift 05.10.25 was in the process of training an employee. Even though She was extremely busy and had her hands full, she showed exceptional customer service, was working her tail off, and showed great leadership. She saved us money, and personally made sure I got my side of olive mix.

Just had lunch at 1pm at this location. So convenient off I-10. Staff was so friendly. Tables clean. Restrooms too! We're marking this location as a go-to spot when we pass through Beaumont again!
