My husband and I eat at Jason's Deli on Dowlen several times a month. The service is always good and the food tasty. They have updated the deli into a modern vibe which is very nice. The manager, Mr. Leal, always comes by to be sure everything is okay. The wait time is maybe 10 minutes. I always ask for a printed receipt just incase there is a mix-up. I highly recommend this Jason's Deli

We get salads from Jason's all the time and the freshness of their ingredients are hit and miss. I usually do not give reviews, but the salads we had tonight have rotten strawberries, pieces of rotten spring mix, rotten grapes and the quantity of the salad was small compared to most of the salads we have had in the past. Much improvement needs to be addressed in keeping the quality and freshness of the salads up to a standard of excellence.

During our last visit here, we had a small problem with our meal. The manager, Ashley, took care of it and made sure everything was fixed. She was amazing! Then, on our next visit, they comped our meal. Andre, the manager tonight, is a rockstar! The food was delicious, and Ashley and Andre ensured that we are customers for life. Muffaletta, beefeater, and tomato basil soup for the win!
The restaurant is very clean. The staff is very friendly however my sandwich was not that good. It was very dry. However I would be willing to try in the future maybe I just caught them on a bad day

Food is always good...service was a bit slow and less than 100% ...but it was very busy, so mo big problem. Soft serve ice cream never broken.....need to teach that other places. Excellent soup & sandwiches

I went to Jason’s Deli at 535 Dowlen Road in Beaumont Tx. I had ordered a curbside pickup order at 8:21pm this evening May 1, 2025. The pickup time was supposed to be 8:38 pm and I got there about 8:35 pm. I looked in the app for a way to let them know I was there to pick up my curbside order and I couldn’t find anything to let them know that so about 8:43pm I called them and let them know I was there to pickup my curbside order. After I gave them my name they said they would check on my order and bring it out when it was ready. So I waited another 20 minutes until after 9:00pm and then I drove around to the drive thru window and waited about 8 minutes before they opened the window and asked for the name on the order and I told them and they handed me my food and said sorry for the wait. I think 30 minutes is way too long a wait for my food. It was busy at first but then the restaurant only had a handful of people by the time I decided to drive around through the drive through and see if I could get my food that way.
