Called in a delivery order. Waited for the order for over an hour. I was told that the dispatcher didn't send anyone out to get the order. So we had to pick it up. My office ordered from them the day before and they forgot half of our order. They are slipping on their duties at this location. I don't know if I will be ordering from here again

I eat here regularly. Well I used to. Almost 3 times a week. But a few weeks ago I went in and ordered me a salad and made it at the salad bar. I got home and started eating my salad and bit into something in my salad and broke a tooth. I called and spoke to a manager and did a incident report. Waited a week or so for HR to call me and tell me that they were not going to claim responsibility for the incident. So if you eat here or plan to just be careful and know that if something happens it's likely not going to be handled by them. They didn't even ask to reimburse me for my meal. I'll never eat there again

The Ranchero and the spinach wraps are very good, I would definitely order it again! Cranberry walnut cookies are yummy! There are so many great selections, something for everyone...Friendly staffVegetarian options: Zucchini pasta, Spinach wrap, Vegetable soup, Create your own sandwich, Salmonwich, And of course the salad bar... Hummus, guacamole, Salsa, Baked potato your way, etc.

Jason's Deli-Beaumont Dowlin Rd...Errands took a little longer than usual, dropped in to have their Manager Special! I have been homebound a lot for the last couple years, so the price was significantly higher than I remember. The restaurant was nearly empty, so I was a little confused why it took so long. The turkey muffalota (remember barely being able to get my mouth open wide enough to bite but now is quite smaller in size) which was usually served warm was cold and the gumbo which in the past was quite hot was barely warm. There was no pickle, which in the past was a given. No longer have pickles on the bar, but the waiter brought me two that would have been included had it been a to-go order. I guess they have been bitten by the "inflation/shrinkflation" bug like a lot of places. I have always loved Jason's Deli and this probably won't keep me from coming back again! ?
