It's freaky fast and fabulous! I highly recommend this Jimmy John's location. They offered spectacular customer service, deliciously prepared sandwiches, and freaky fast service. They prepared all our sandwiches perfectly and the guys were super friendly. It was great! I highly recommend a stop!

The food is what you’ll get from any Johns… the ONLY reason I’m rating them 5 stars is because of Bailey (and I hope I didn’t misspell her name). I ordered online for drive thru pick up. It took a little longer than the “freaky fast” I’m used to, but she was working all by herself! She was SO PLEASANT and friendly and apologized and even thanked ME for my patience! SHE is the definition of outstanding customer service!

Ordered a sandwich and added some extras (bacon and avocado) and was charged for it but didn’t get it. Live 30+ mins away so called once I got home and realized and just asked for a refund on the extra charges. Instead manger offered me a free sandwich next time. When I went next time a different manager (because she was female and one on phone was male ) would not honor that and basically told me since she didn’t have record of it I could be making it up. Left feedback through email and didn’t hear back from their store like the automated emailed says. So I emailed corporate again and this time she contacted me telling me next time they will give me the sandwich and she should have handled it better and assured me she had it down with my phone number. Went again and they still said they couldn’t do it and I would need some app or rewards program in order for them to put the free (aka remake of what I ordered paid for and didn’t get the first time). Terrible customer service. I went back again because pregnant and I was ordered by my doctor to eat before coming to the hospital because was having issues but he wanted me to eat first. Went inside because was in a hurry and even told the cashier that but he started making my sandwich then walked off to do something else and then basically the drive thru girl had to go and finish my sandwich. It was odd. Terrible customer service now multiple times so sadly won’t be back even though I like their food.
My wife and I just moved to Texas and didn't know there was a Jimmy Johns in town. My wife loves JJ and the employees at this location are dope!
