Definitetly never coming back, after 2 hours waiting we finally got our table, order crab and it was completely cold, seemed like it was just taken out of the freezer,It had absolutely no flavor.And the table next to us were also complaining about the same.Worst experience. I can understand that the service wasnt the best beacause of how full the place was but the food has no excuses.

OPEN BACK UP PLEASE!!!! seafood is my favorite food and joes is my favorite restaurant. Almost everything else is open around you. You are the only joes available to me as a truck driver. So please open back up to normal

I only ever go for the crab, and they have a small variety types of crab you can get and types of seasoning to put on them. You're going to spend some money, but what do you expect when getting some good crab? Overall a great dining experience.

We love Joe's! The food was tasty and it came out hot! Our server Kenneth was attentive and even hooked us up with a s'mores brownie! Definitely fulfilled my craving for crab legs!

I was extremely disappointed. Yesterday was my first time eating at your establishment and the food was over priced. We went there because I told my daughters I had never eaten at any of your restaurants. We ordered the 2 I think it was raging Cajun or something like that. They brought the food to the table and they were not seasoned. After informing the waitress she told the manager. The manager said it was probably done in garlic. Not what we ordered. She said they would redo the order. We took a bite off of the corn and my daughter also tried the sausage. When the food was returned to us it was the same food that we had. Mind you I have a cold. So I’m assuming that she had them put the seafood back into the seasoned water. This is unethical. How do we know which corn was the one I ate off. My daughters have eaten at the restaurant in Baton Rouge and they said they’ve never had a bad experience but the one time I decided to join them I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The waitress Brittany was good but that was the only good thing about my experience yesterday. I paid over $65. and wasn’t pleased at all.

One of the most horrific experiences of my life. I do not recommend the Beaumont location. First off the food we ordered wasn’t seasoned. After speaking to the waitress she proceeded to get the manager. After expressing our concerns she attempted to rectify the problem. The only thing is she gave us the same food. She only added it to the seasoned water. Mind you I have a cold. The reason we know is because the boiled corn had been bitten off and also the sausage. This is not good. I don’t care how hot the water is I still feel this is unethical practice. Then she had the nerves to charge us the full price. This is my first time eating here and you can rest assured it will be my last.

The food was good and hot. The plate of food was tremendously large and super yummy! We were travelling and we will be back next time. Food and service was great! Clean and friendly atmosphere.

Such an awesome dinner the waiter trey was truly awesome kept us taking care of and when my wife’s shrimp was a little on the spicy side he took it back had it dipped again to tone the spicy ness down with no problem and was glad to make sure it was to her satisfaction. Also the way he interacted with my 3 year old son was even more awesome as the rest of the staff was enjoyable as we’ll definitely be coming back and asking for trey again

Had dinner here with the family. Took a bit to be seated because no one was at the front to see us come in or greet us. It was around 5:30 on a Monday so hardly anyone was there. Someone finally came and seated us then took our drink order which arrived about 15 mins later. Then a different person came to take our food order. Neither hostess was courteous or polite enough to tell us their name ‍♀️. The food was just as horrific as the service. I had to send back the mac-n-cheese because it tasted like some kind of cleaning solution or chemical was in it. Never in my life had i tasted bad macaroni- until today. My sirloin was a small ball of meat. Had an okay flavor but was presented hideously. Could have sworn it was a tongue or something! We never had ONE person come to ask if we needed anything or if our food was good. Paid a pretty penny for garbage....unfortunate there are hardly anymore Crab Shacks left...but after today, I see why!

We went to Joe’s Crab Shack for my birthday meal. I had the King Crab bucket...delicious! And to my surprise, the waitress brought me a complimentary slice of chocolate cake covered with fudge sauce. It was amazing! The manager came and talked to us and wanted to make sure we were enjoying everything. Thanks for a great birthday meal!!!

Besides being busy I was seated rapidly. My poor server was busy with a big party but I still got good service. My server also didn't bug the tar out of me and left me alone so I could enjoy my meal.

Cecil was our waiter last night and he was awesome! We didn’t have to ask for anything! He was on top of it! He even volunteered to wash my daughters sippy cup out and get her some milk for the ride home. Our food was great and so was our all around experience. If you’re looking for a good, clean, fun place to go..go here and ask to be seated in Cecil’s section!
