I am a General manager for Checkers in Prairie view stopped by KFC and was greeted by Shanna and she has very good customer service. Definitely recommend this place when she works.
45 min and i still don’t have my order. (3 individual meals). Update: still got my order wrong. Avoid this place at all costs

First time going to this KFC. I went due to popeyes being closed for maintenance. I ordered two 4 piece chicken combos with fries. When I got my order. I got mashed potatoes and gravy. I already had to wait 20 minutes because appliances are down. Then they still messed up my order.

Just ordered the tender meal ,nothing was fresh..being a while since went to College location they have NOT improved. The other location has gotten better.
Worst manager ever.. we just taking time to see the menu and ordering and she refused to take the order and telling us that there is no burgers and she gave bad words and getting irritated.and refused to take orders

just left here i order 3 piece chicken tenders meal i was ask my sides i ask for fries i was told they don’t have fries your open another 30 min but no fries and asked my drink i said lemonade wasn’t asked what kind of dipping sauce at all so i got mac and cheese i got to the window and paid the cashier was out of uniform wear a grey hoodie and ask my drink again i think they were high so i got my food pulled in a park space to check my bag because i knew something was wrong because they were clearly playing on the job no dipping sauce at all so when inside got my own after went back to my 3 black teen comes to the door say "you stole sauce" i said "i didn’t steal any i brought food you didn’t give me any" theses young dumb fool told me next to ask i yelled next time do your job and left these fools need to be fired so they were clearly playing around a bunch wanna be thugs working at kfc so them fool tired to press me over sauce don’t play around like some people will shoot you the food was awful on top of that the biscuits was a brick and un edible never eating here again or kfc thought Popeyes had the thugs i guess kfc want to complete

Very Rude attendant with red marks in face , made gay remarks about her preference, and had total disregard that I ordered online and had already paid for my food , but she continued to serve other customers, even after being prompted to hurry and serve me the guy at the counter, and they scraped the pan and gave me hard mashed potatoes and the chicken was hard and dried out like they hadn’t dropped fresh drop in hours!!!!!!!! I will never go to this chicken place again in my life !!!!!!

We got the chicken sandwiches they were hard as a rock at brought him back the next day and they fix me up with whatever I wanted that was about the same price better however service is nice experience with their food wasn't much better one back again food still not that good. Got it to go all times.

I have been going here off and on for a few years the couple of years has gotten worse I don't think I will go to back after today they got order wrong they never have ice it is always broken fountain machine is always broken if I was the manager I would send someone to the store which is almost across the street to get ice. I was in there last summer & the air conditioning was out there is always something broke there I think someone needs to start over & get it back in shape.
