Ordered two spicy chicken and nugget combo with fries. Said they were out of the chicken fillers and fries, gave us the 5 old nuggets for both combos and small mashed potatoes. No refund given for the sandwiches

This place never have fresh food and when you ask for fresh food it's always a problem.Clearly most employees are under the influence and can't comprehend the order. I can't understand how this Place remains open!!!

I use to love this place. Food was okay. Service was about the same. Their drive thru speaker is broke so you have to pull up to order. They weren't very busy. Maybe the are busy for lunch.

This event happened 9/15/25 at 1 o'clock. I went to pick up an order. After waiting 12 minutes to finally get someone attention. They confirmed the name on the order and then proceed to make other orders. And when I ask for an eta or if they were even going to make it. The manager said no and started yelling bye at me. I then called the store to speak to the manager and that when I found out the lady I was dealing with the whole time was a manager. They have poor communication skills and mold is their ice machine that another customer pointed out and they ignored her.

They tried to steal my credit card. I gave it to them and they didn't give it back, they ignored me several when I tried to get their attention and get my card. I got it back after like 15 minutes and they played dumb like they didn't hear me.

2 pieces of chicken was burned, 2 pieces greasy. I gave cashier Resheala a 100 dollar bill but the receipt showed a 50 dollar bill when I questioned the cashier he went to get the key took the 28.35 that he gave me back and slipped back in 50. I was still upset, management needs to observe the workers. If this man is the manager your store will soon close

This KFC needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Reason being, everyone who works there should be retrained. To the MANGER, your restaurant is a reflection of you, on and off duty. I would place this Manager and this business in the same category of DOLLAR GENERAL. #FILTY!!!!!!
