The women working were very nice and provided fantastic customer service. However; when I received my chicken strips I was greatly devastated at what I got. This is not what I’m used to getting from KFC. My belly was set on the usual big crispy chicken strips. These were a tiny rubbery disappointment!This is what I got!!! I am hurt!!

If I could 0 stars i would, very disappointed that the chicken was not fully cooked !!!! Still had blood in the inside ? The lil container of mashed potatoes and gravy had a long piece of hair inside of it , yuk !!!! The whole meal got thrown away, so that was $30 wasted ??????

The crew in this place absolutely sucks. There’s no need for me to even complain about it because they know it and they absolutely don’t care. If you’re in a hurry, and you want good hot food this is not the place to go. These people will be forever under-achievers.

Staff tried to say they were closed at 8:30pm even though the the store closes at 10:30pm, tried to refuse service even thought it was a mobile order and forgot multiple items, when we tried to call back phone would be answered and then quickly hung up, that is absolutely ridiculous that they would try to close two hours before they are actually supposed to

Terrible ordeal. I haven't had such awful food in ages. They served me stale fried chicken, unappetizing mashed potatoes, and overcooked French fries. The chicken was kept in a warmer instead of being freshly cooked. I tossed it all in the trash. I want to give 0 stars ⭐ but Google doesn't have it.

Placed a mobile for pickup. So my coworker went and grabbed our orders. Once she brought the food back hmmm. Chicken was beyond greasy, all chicken was original when one was ordered crispy and our sodas had no ice. Chicken Luke warm. I contacted kfc they offered a $5 refund when my food was $21.62. This is not acceptable and I will no longer order kfc.

Placed an order through the app. When I pulled up to the window an employee informed me that they were closed, and I would have to call customer service for a refund. After dealing with the foreigner that could barely speak english he informed me that it showed I had picked up the order and that I get no refund. I don't like being stolen from. Thank God for chargebacks.

I called 10/2/23 to see what the $20 box onTV consist of they answered the phone put it down and never came back, left it off the hook, could hear talking in the back ground, nobody still ever told me what it consist of.!!!!!!!

This review is for the KFC on Eastex freeway in Beaumont, Texas. The food is so horrible. This is a fairly new place and when they first opened the food was good . I don't know if they have new employees or if the recipe has changed but we spent almost 30$ on fried chicken which was half cooked and grey underneath I still don't know what that grey was ewww. Hard biscuits that appears to be sitting for hours .. Fast forward to today .. we decided to get chicken pot pies because they're usually good and figured we couldn't go wrong there .. well another epic fail they were hit but severely dried out,We are officially done with KFC . Now I see why the parking lot and drive thru is always empty. Today was our last day patronizing them.
