I've been here twice and both times it took about a half hour to get food

The staff were very rude and they quit cooking a hour and 15 minutes before closing time. It took a ridiculous amount of time for me to get my order. The front lobby floor was super slippery with grease. There was a dead roach on the floor by the drink machine ( I understand that roaches are common) however there was a bunch of roaches feces on the floor in that area as well. I will never go back there. Would not recommend to anyone.

When ordering my food in the drive thru window the lady replied with a ugly tone when I asked if I could make a substitution to my order.(which was a no). Then waiting over 20min to get my food, I get home and discover i’m missing 2 pieces of chicken. That’s the last time I go there . Guess that’s why no one was inside dinning.

Terrible, they completely forgot to give me the main piece to my freaking combo. No sandwich and unfortunately I was in a rush to get to the hospital to get back to my wife and look here they forgot my whole meal and I was the only person in line.

The food was so nasty. Like they just dumped salt in everything even the biscuits. One piece of chicken I tried to eat tasted like old grease . I threw the food away what a waste of my money! And I don’t know what was in the tea, but I’ll NEVER return here.

Horrible exercise I was in the speaker waiting to order for like 5 minutes and then bad and rude attitude I’ll never come back to this place again, next to a Home Depot where basically everyone want to get a quick meal because we are busy but if you can just go to another place it will be faster and better attitude

That raggedy mean miserable trick in the drive thru is rude I don’t know her name but specifically she worked September 4, 2025 at 11:33. I was in the drive-through and received the worst customer service of my life. I drove off and ended up looking at who it was and she had colored hair was very black. (I’m black) no racism She kind of reminded me of Beetlejuice, y’all need to hire better people if it wasn’t for customers, you wouldn’t make any damn money y’all need to remember that she obviously was irritated because they had a long line, but that’s the point of being at work. You don’t get to just sit there and chill when I go back tomorrow to try to get my chicken pot pie. This happens again. I promise you, it won’t be pretty.

I WENT TO THIS LOCATION (3930 EASTEX FREEWAY)YESTERDAY AND HAD TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER,MIND YOU 5 OTHER VEHICLES WAS AHEAD OF ME AS WELL.ONCE GETTING HOME,I ATE 2 PIECES OF CHICKEN, 1 BISCUITS AND HALF A ORDER OF MASHED POTATOES. I BECAUSE SO SICK TO MY STOMACH HORRIBLE CRAMPING AND VOMITING ETC ETC...I WAS SICK THE WHOLE NIGHT TO WHERE I HAD TO MISS WORK THAT NIGHT...CHICKEN WAS SOGGY,THE MASHED POTATOES WAS TOTALLY BLAND,BISCUITS FALLING APART..TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY,AND GETTING SICK SURELY FOOD POISONING I WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS OVER ALL SITUATION. PLEASE DO BETTER....
