I previously left the Popeyes after waiting at the drive through for 10 minutes without acknowledgement. Came to this KFC. I was immediately ask for my order but I couldn't hear through the speaker. When I drove to the window the woman was rude and cantankerous but at least I got my food fast and it was great quality.

Great Service from Manager Johnson!
I visited my local KFC and was impressed by Manager Johnson. She was working solo but still managed to get everything done quickly and with a smile. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Great service all around—highly recommend this location!

Oh my God I love KFC they didn't have any biscuits the night I went but I don't go there for the biscuits now ordered jalapenos but they didn't give them to me but I didn't even care cuz I had jalapenos at home and I love KFC chicken and jalapenos in the french fries were the bomb KFC did a really good job

The store was very clean. Sonya was very professional and has excellent customer service skills. She made my mother and I feel at home. She went the extra mile to make sure we were good. The chicken was absolutely delicious! You can tell it was cooked with love and by someone who cared about their job. This was an excellent way to end the day for me. Keep up the great work

Firstly, they were out of thighs…which was perfectly fine, it happens. The worker at the DT window was super nice! Normally we wouldn’t get any kind of response like “have a good day” or “your welcome”. So it was a pleasant surprise! But then we had to go back in the store because they forgot a whole box in our order. I get it, mistakes happen but i just dont see how this could’ve been overlooked. When we first started eating, the chicken was TOUGH. Like it was chewing cardboard. Normally it wouldnt be. I was highly disappointed because i spend my last $17 on this order. T~T The only fresh thing we got was the MP & biscuits. (Lately the biscuits have been fresh and damn GOOD)

Although we don't typically eat at KFC, we were in a hurry, and it was a convenient stop. The dining area and restrooms were clean. The staff were all extremely nice and demonstrated the best customer service I've ever had at a fast food chain. The food was okay, typical fast food KFC. However, the customer service exceeded expectations.

Went there to get food in the early evening and they were closed. There were not any signs stating that they were closed or when they would be open again.
It doesn't matter if you're the only customer in the drive thru, you wait 15-20 minutes for your food EVERY time. They don't tell you there is a wait, just that to pull up to the front of the store and they'll bring the food out to you. The chicken is alright, the service is terrible. I couldn't understand the person taking my order through the drive-thru speaker.

Saw the place was empty had me worried, but honestly they did great, they had me pull forward as i did place a mobile order so i was a little quick for them haha. Regardless food was great no complaints here. It may not be the most appealing place, but to be honest you’re just getting food.
