This review is for the location on major drive. Bad. Bad. Bad. Walked in at 2 pm on a Tuesday. Chicken and cold fries look like they have been sitting there with the other varieties of food since first thing in that morning. Asked for fresh fries when the lady tried packing the old disgusting fries into the box. Fryer had to be turned on and heated to fry fresh fries. Even then the oil was very old and the fries absorbed the oil without cooking. Chicken tenders very dry and hard. The ingredients in the bins to make tacos with looked like food poisoning waiting for a victim. To make matters worse 4 tenders and small fires was VERY expensive $10. Health Department needs to pay them a visit. Obvious that everything should have been thrown out.

Spent the day with my Grandkids at their house in Hockley and then it became Lunch time, so we went out to eat. One of their Favorite Spots is Krispy Krunchy Chicken at Expressway. It's what they chose and I'm okay with that. We arrived around 1pm and not a lot of people here, but this place has everything inside. Kind of reminds me of where Homer Simpson goes. It's one of those Gas Stations that serves Food and all kinds of Goody Stuff inside ... and a Walk In Beer Cooler ... this place is nice. The Guy behind the counter knows my Grandkids and High Fives them ... cool. We went over to the Krispy Krunchy Chicken section and the kids looked things over. Tyler chose the Fish (two); comes with a Biscuit baked with Honey Butter on top. Jaiden wanted a Big piece of Chicken, also comes with a Biscuit baked with Honey Butter on top. I am having the same as Jaiden. Chicken looks pretty good. They also come with a dipping sauce. Krispys original sauce for the Chicken and Tartar sauce for the Fish. We chose our drinks (and the Medium here is HUGE) and took a table. The Kids loved their food. The Chicken is a light Cajun recipe with Real Krispiness to it (hence, the name) and pretty juicy inside ... taste pretty darn good for Gas Station food (Homer would be proud). The Honey Butter Biscuit was warm and Honey Butter Biscuitlicious and very Flaky. This was a pretty easy pleasing lunch for the kids. They really liked it and that's what counts.
