When Little Ceasers Pizza first came to Beaumont they were really good. And their bogo free didn't hurt.(hence Pizza Pizza) but starting about 20 years ago they went with the cheapest ingredients possible. Their Pizza isn't awful but it's not very good either.

This location is worthless. No one is leading the team there. No one takes orders. No one for orders. no one over the phone can answer the phone in a proper manner and have customer service the way they should. This store needs to close

The Little Caesars on Phelan Blvd in Beaumont TX is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever been to. For one, I am shocked that they would have a manager, like the one that works here, in charge of other employees. It's no wonder they don't know how to do a decent job at what they were hired on to do, look at who they have to look up to and learn from!! Whoever was working on March 16th 2025 at 8:30 pm should all be fired!
I almost wonder if the people that put 5 stars work here or are friends with people that work here. There is absolutely no way anyone in their right mind would call this place professional.

Stopped at little Caesar’s for a quick dinner. We stopped by at around 5pm on a Friday. The worker said it would be 15 minutes. Which isn’t ideal when you expect “hot and ready” but not a huge deal. I sat and waited. While waiting, I saw workers throwing pepperonis in the back and not a single worker had gloves on. The environment in the back also looked very unclean.
When my order was finally ready, I hurried out to my car just to realize part of the order was missing. I came back in to get the rest of the order and the girl loudly talked to the coworker in the back and said, “didn’t we give her order to her already?” And wouldn’t address me to see why I came back in.
When we got home, the pizza tasted as usual but our breadsticks had charred marks on them. Not a great experience.
Got the worst pizza and it was dry. Didnt even put the sauce in the box.

This place has horrible customer service. Call them lady puts me on hold then a minute later hangs up the phone. I called back and someone immediately hangs up again. I called again and the same thing. No problem I’ll spend my money somewhere else 🤷🏾♂️

Surprised by how nice this location is! I didn't have high expectations, given the price point but it is in a charming and quiet shipping center. Parking is convenient and the place itself is clean and nice. My kids loved the scan to get your pizza feature! We will go back for sure.
