I’ve been coming to this location for years and this the worst pizza I’ve ever been served. I waited 15 minutes for a burnt pizza. After shopping, crowds and traffic all day/night, I just wanted to order a pizza and relax. This is the icing on a long, hard day. Disappointed.

Honestly every time I’ve been to this place there is nothing ever “hot and ready”. Pretty much usually wait 20-30 mins every time I go. Probably need to start ordering before hand if you want to get in and out.

I walked in and looked at a girl standing there and she looked at me and continues to talk to two other females, one of them eating chicken on the food line . I stood there for about 3 minutes and decided to walk out the girl then tried to run to the register but I was already out the door , I will not be going back because Domino's is right around the corner so I went there instead and someone was already at the register when I walked in at Domino's.

Had an order delivered and they didn’t put all the items out for the dasher to grab. We spent $60 and they Told us they won’t do refunds on the missing items and they won’t bring us the items to us. Blamed it on the door dasher guy. Took no accountability for their mistake and made it a customer problem. Manager had poor customer service and had no intention of making anything right. Won’t be ordering from here again and will be letting all our family and friends know to steer clear.

Let me start off by saying, the pizza is good... However, that customer service is a hott horrible mess! So... I ordered and paid online as I generally do... Got there about 10 minutes after my order was scheduled to be ready... Sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes and decided to just go in... BIG MISTAKE... I go in, make eye contact with an employee... Was never greeted... Stood there for almost 10 minutes before she even acknowledged my presence, and she yells out she'll be there in a minute... Lol... Ok... Almost 10 more minutes pass... Employees coming in and out, up to the register... Nobody says a word... So finally after an employee came to the register to make an input the 4th time I simply tell her I'm just picking up my order that's already paid for... She tells me... They'll be with you in a minute... Mind you, we're creeping up on an hour total I've been there between the drive thru and standing up there being ignored... 5 minutes later she yells up there from the kitchen again... I'm sorry sir, I'm coming... By that time I'm LIVID! So I say, all I want is the pizza that was ready almost an hour ago and is already paid for... 2 to 3 minutes later she comes up there and says she can't find anything for me... She'd asked me my name 3 times and all 3 times I said DAMIEN... Some kind of way she got Don from D-A-M-I-E-N... Then asks what I ordered... Hell at this point, all I remember is it's a damn pizza... I'm about to ask for a refund, THEN she says... Oh... Damien... 😐... Fix this Little Caesars... This doesn't make ANY SENSE! The pizza was good though... 🤷🏽♂️💩

05/09/25 - My partner ordered pizza from this location for dinner and there were clusters of MAGGOT EGGS on both pizzas!!!!!! I am so disgusted words cannot even do justice to how sick I feel. Please NEVER EAT HERE!!!!

I received a burnt and salty pizza. I placed an online order and drove to the drive thru location. Once I arrive es no one greeted me. I had to call the store. There was a lady at the window on the registering counting coin. She didn’t even acknowledge me. Then someone else came and I gave her my name. She said the order isn’t ready even though I came at the time it said it would be. She asked me to drive up front and I did. I waited and no one brought my order so I called again the manager got on the phone and said o can come back to the window. I collected my order and one I made it to the apartment I open the box and seen burnt pizza and salt not just on the crust but part of the pizza as well. Not only do I want a refund I want a manger or someone to call me because web. I called back there was no empathy at all when I told the manager what happen. There was no remorse whatsoever just bring it back so I can see it.

If I could give a 0 I would and I never do that. I went through the window first. Watched her walk up texting. Then she never put it down. Never made eye contact. She asked me what I was there for and I told her. She told me it was not ready so I’d have to come in. Cool. Well when o went in not one person talked to me or the people who came in after me. At one point a customer walked up to the counter to try to get help and the lady behind the counter WAVED at someone BEHIND the customer. Someone who was outside. A friend of the person working the counter. Then as the last is trying to order, the lady behind the counter started arguing LOUD with one of the guys in the back about how she said she’d help after but she wasn’t closing. She stopped taking the ladies order at the counter to go argue about it. I hate this store and will never give them my money. It needs to be shut down.
