I was at the drive thru, saw 4 cars cleared ahead of me and I waited at least 15 minutes, then I place the order go to the window and I was told they just sold out of fried catfish. He said he had the sides ready, so I switched to fried fish. I waited another 17 minutes, the whole time looking at my order sit there. Drive thru rep never said a word. Finally she opened the window never apologized the long wait, really didn't say anything except the total that was owed....

Love eating at Luby's they have great food and the service is great too.

Parking: There's always plenty of parking. Never have a problem on finding a place to park.
