Bring back the old employees! These new ones don’t have customer satisfaction. The menu shouldn’t be hard to find or see, also what’s up with the drive thru window? Can we get the ladies off their butts. Overall this place is 5/10 I hope to see new renovations in the future

Good snocones tons to select from. Toppings and flavors really good you can add fresh fruit or cream toppings. My fav is strawberry. Like this place can't wait to try different ones. 😁

Order a brownie with the ice cream on top I get it that the ice cream is cold, but my brownie was also I would think that they were Michael if the brownie and make it hot before putting the ice cream on top knowing that the ice cream is going to make it cold that’s how I make it at home the whole reason for going there and spending six dollars is for the convenience if it’s not going to be made right then they should accommodation instead she told me that I would have to keep it because I already ate some it how else but I know the brownie is cold without Eating 👎👎👎👎👎 threw it out the window

Unfriendly, nonchalant staff. Plastic shavings throughout both of our snow cones and when I gave them back, they just said "oh, it must be from the bag the ice was in". Then, after being rude, the owner loves to get on Facebook every now and again and go on a rant about people being rude to her staff. I personally have dealt with them being rude on a few occasions but I tried to bypass it because they are kind of young, but she definitely should check that. We've tried so many times, but I couldn't do it no more. I'd rather spend my money where it's appreciated, and the energy is reciprocated. Somebody please get us a snowbiz back!!!!

This is one of our favorite spots but the service and food was not good at all today, we wait around 30 mins and when we got the food this is how it looked, the waffle was not cooked well and it was just pieces of waffles, the plate looked and was not usually what we get
